I was able to get the supplies needed to get my diesel started. I would have given them 5 stars but the salesperson i talked to on the phone and asked to put 3 items on hold for me did not do what he said he was going to do. Fortunately they still had them when I was able to drive over twenty five miles in heavy snow.

This particular clerk was very helpful and was able to explain in very understandable language answers to my questions. Prices were fair. I will go back.

The guys in the store were very helpful. We had been driving from Texas up to Reeds Spring and my Honda Fit started acting up. Those guys gave me a jump, advice, and because of their help, I made it to my family for the Holiday!

I called on the phone they told me what I wanted to hear they had what I needed I went down there. Met a terrific gentleman named Chad, I needed a battery paid a great price he put it in within 5 minutes after testing it I would recommend this O'Reilly's and I don't think I'll ever go to another place all the store members, we're very professional.....

Had a truck emergency and the manager Dave and his team went above and beyond to make sure that I got the truck up and running. Absolutely the best customer service I've experienced in years. AAA+++

Meh. The last time I was in for a tail light. The staff was chuckling and laughing and making jokes, and I enjoyed that but... they sold me the wrong part. Trip for nothing. I didn't go back for a refund either. I'm still driving around with a tail light out

At the time I was in quite a hurry but in hindsight I suppose I could say I was able to get everything I needed. The salesperson at the computer was quite helpful and all around it was not a bad experience.

JAMES was amazing. He helped me find just what I was looking for and also assisted me with several items that I needed to return. He double checked the receipt to make sure I was getting the correct credit back onto my credit card. He found an error and fixed it right away. I would highly recommend JAMES and this store.

The people here are absoutly amazing!!! They went above and beyond all expectations! Got me everything I needed and even matched their competitors prices without me having to ask them to!!! Hands down best auto parts store in 5 counties (if not more (speaking from experience))!!!! Thank you to anyone affiliated!!

Wouldn't shop here if i was broke down in thier parking lot. Asked for info about a simple fitting wouldn't even bother ordering it or even trying to look anything up. Avoid at all costs.

Bought a seatbelt extender, turned out it was a whole belt. Brought it back ended up the wrong one. But for the most part O'Reilly's has decent prices, even have engine repair and rotor turning plus tool lending.

My daughter and I were driving in this crazy rainstorm, and my passenger side windshield wiper decided to commit suicide. So I had to lift my wiper blade and head to O'Reilly's. We walked in and the two gentleman in there were so nice, and helpful. I got a new blade and went to pay. I paid for my Items and they were so sweet and offered to put it on for me IN THE POURING RAIN!!! I greatly appreciated that, and am so grateful.

Bought a adjustable wrench there and staff barely spoke to me. Came to return the same wrench about an hour later and the older man at the counter was very rude.

Everytime I come in here asking for help, I get condescending remarks from the employees because I'm not a mechanic. I'm asking the people who are supposed to be somewhat professional in that field, yet I get criticized. No, I'm not sure what the name of the part is, that's why I'm here. If your not a mechanic and you need helping looking for parts or tools, I would go to AutoZone. The staff is much friendlier and more willing to locate the exact part you need

What guy doesn't like a automotive store? Most likely the guy that I don't want to fraternize with manly men go to automotive stores, Sissy boys go well you know where they go cuz I don't.
