Very disappointed with the service at this O'Reillys, employees refused to help with removal of a battery. Wouldn't even lend a 10 mm wrench so I could do it. Very lazy In my opinion, I won't be shopping there again. Ever!

O'Reilly's is always the most helpful personnel and business for parts or information or directions to go to get what I need. this particular store is outstanding they go out of their way over and over to help people.

Thanks to the really nice parts guy for loaning out you personal tools to my boyfriend to repair an exhaust leak on my motorcycle. We are from Mankato, MN. Not many people would have done what you did, your parents raised you good. Thanks again, now the rest of our 2 week trip will be easier on my ears with less backfire.
