Only basing it on my experience I have to give this business one star. I called the store today and the call dropped twice. While I was restarting my phone, the owner called and left a voicemail. He said he's blocking my number for hanging up on him.This seems a little bit irrational, perhaps he thought I was an angry customer trying to bother him? I'm just trying to ask how much it cost for an oil change and schedule it. I think he saved me time and money and frustration by letting me know that he's a rude and belligerent person..

When my car was going through spark plugs, took it to Master Tech and diagnosed the computer needed reprogrammed, brought in a specialist, and returned my vehicle within a week. Unlike most mechanics, Master Tech calls and keeps you posted if the repair is bigger issue than originally expected they WAIT to repair until they know you would like to continue. Honest professional reliable and affordable!Services: Transmission, Electrical, Vehicle Inspection

All those Shop rates a little bit expensive when you get experts working on your car it doesn't cost as long to troubleshoot an issue. They took my car, diagnosed the issue and suggested solutions in a timely manner excellent customer service.

Jon is hands down the most shady mechanics I have worked with. First off I brought my truck to Jon to fix a leaking seal on the driver side rear end of the truck, he informed me that my pinion seal was broken as well I had him fix that. Picked up the truck drove the truck ten miles than my turbo went. 4 months later it took him to fix the truck after going back and forth he quoted me initial 2345 dollars to fix the truck and that he had ordered the turbo... Fast forward to several months later when I found out he didn't order the turbo, so then I start hounding him about my truck in which they lied and said the turbo is on back order.... Called the company they ordered the part from in which they informed me that the part was not on back order and that they where lying to me that no one from master tech has contacted them about any parts. Turbo gets ordered after 3 months of waiting to then be charged a deposit before the work even started, why not ask for the deposit intially. Then jon tried to tack on an additional 200$. Not happenings. Truck is done and finished have had back now 8 days. Looked under my truck and guess what is leaking the pinion seal Jon "fixed" initially. So I then check the turbo to find that it was not properly placed on the truck. And many pieces weren't even tightened. I highly recommend not using Jon or master tech of Harrison. You'll have better luck driving or getting towed to Fayetteville, Branson, mountain home, Bentonville to have your vehicle worked on trust me your wallet will thank you.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had a list of things I wanted repaired for my 2001 Ford F250. They charged me $40.00 to adjust my headlights. They called me to request a diagnosis check on my transmission. I authorized it. They charged me like $80.00 I never heard anything about it except on my bill of course. I asked them to fix my rear doors (they would not open). They didn't even remove the trim, but they charged me for anyway. This place is a total rip off. Don't be fooled about their certifications, unless of course they will certify to rip you off!Service: Engine repair

An excellent local mechanic shop. Integrity and quality work with a good warranty. Focused on honest diagnosis and repair, finding ways to save customers money where possible instead of padding a bill. Fair prices with good explanations of service, and accurate estimates minimize any surprises. I would visit them again, no question!

Service is great, they're really good at answering questions and giving advice before you even pay them. If there's a cheaper alternative or if they know something will be expensive they let you know.I had a loose bracket on my exhaust and they suggested I take it to an exhaust shop to get it welded cheaper, but I preferred having them do it. I've also had a serpentine belt replaced through them with no issues.

Attempted to fix over heating problem. I advised Joey to diagnose problem before repairing. John ran a pressure test, Joey thought a flush and thermostat would fix the problem. I came to pick up the van and John stated they only drove it up the road and didnt fully test the system. The vehicle overheated once again by the time I got it home. Called John, he was very apathetic and refused to work with me. $100 per hour. Never again!

I cannot praise this place enough! We were traveling through back home to Texas from Wisconsin and broke down on the side of the road. We had 3 little ones with us. We called several repair shops and were told they couldn't help us. We called here and John gave us the name of a tow company. We were brought to the shop and had already ordered the part we needed at Auto Zone. They went and got the part for us, stayed open late to fix our vehicle and looked at everything to make sure we were good to get home! They let us hang in the waiting room well past closing time to stay cool and keep the kids occupied! I highly recommend them! Every employee was kind, considerate and helpful!

Everytime something is wrong with my car, this is the first place I go and usually the only place. I drive about 40 minutes to get great service. From a solenoid sensor to internal problems with the engine they have always been able to fix my Chevy Cobalt! I even had trouble with my tire wobbling, so they took the time to drive it around and look into it for me. Really generous of them and just overall good service.

They are good about getting vehicles in and out in a timely manner. The staff is professional and if they feel like they cannot fix the issue, they will be upfront with you about it and recommend where to take it.

I hope I dont have wreak driving the truck to a different mechanic after Master Tech susposedly fixed my breaks at $100 dollars an hour that's a lawsuit waiting to happen. I called they said they could get it in that day and it took over a week because they only have 1 lift. The bill was $377 and it still wasn't fixed. This is the worst service ever. John even made a statement that he had a parking lot full of good work and so basically what he was saying was our break job wasn't worth his time and effort. My advise NEVER TAKE YOUR VECH noILE TO MASTER TECH EVER EVER. I would have been happy to pay $500 if the breaks had been fixed.

I brought my truck in on a Monday for steering issues. The first technician thought it may be the power steering pump. I told him not likely. These trucks are notorious for lower steering shafts after150,000 miles. I reiterated this to the owner two days later. Sure enough it was a replacement shaft Dorman # 425-361. They had my truck for four days with no communication relative to my truck. They charged me over $200. Retail on the part it should have been around $225. Full retail, they charged $455 w/shop supplies(a blast of WD-40 or PB Blaster. Lol.) Stay away from them. Not honest. He did own up and apologize, when he realized I am from this field. I also had out of state plates( all be them veteran). I can't explain why He treated me this way. I will never use again

John was extremely helpful and explained in detail what he believed was wrong with my vehicle. It was closing time for the business but he stuck around to help me out. Happy that I chose this business to visit when my car wasn't working properly!

Good job, but they forgot to fix the original problem, had to wait 4 hours and make a return trip to shop. Good warranty. I think it was just some miscommunication between desk and tech. Would still recommend.

I was very impressed with Master Tech auto repair I called in the morning and they told me to bring it in they didn't make me make an appointment for another day they fit me right in that day and they gave me a ride back to my hotel room and then when my car was finished they called me to see if I was there and came and pick me up and took me back to my car at their shop the price they charged me was very fair and my car runs great thanks to Master Tech auto repair

Some people are people people, and some people are car people. I m neither, but John at MasterTech makes up for me by being BOTH. Out of 5 stars I give MasterTech 50, like the American Flag, because by fixing cars to perfection, they are Making America Great Again.

Way over priced work and they work to slow it took five days for them to change a water pump on 5.0 engine in our pick up. We will never do business there again .
