They diagnose the problem and make repairs in a timely manner. Make an appointment and drop off your car beforehand, and they get on it when promised. Friendly and knowledgeable. They don't try to make repairs that aren't necessary.

I recently had the pleasure of taking my truck to Main Street Service Center for some much-needed repairs, and I was blown away by the exceptional service I received. I am still in the midst of getting my vehicle worked on, so I will update how the work is when I get my vehicle back. I just wanted to comment about my experience so far. They have shown nothing but great Courtesy, Intelligence, Competence and Professionalism. Their communication has been great. I haven't gotten good news but they have been awesome. I greatly appreciate feeling that my vehicle is in the hands of a competent company. This has not always ben my experience with others in Town.

This was the first time we have been to this shop. My wife took her car in and they were amazing. Very nice office staff and qualified mechanics. I drive a 2011 Toyota Highlander. This vehicle has 257,000 miles. It was in bad need of new struts, both front and rear. I live in Tulsa, OK and was told by several of the garages in the area that they were unable to purchase new struts for my vehicle because of the supply demand. A friend of mine recommended this garage in Harrison, AR. After contacting them, I was able to take my car to their shop and with 24 hours, they were able to replace my struts with new ones. I have never seen a garage as clean as this garage was. They must polish it every night. The people there were very friendly and pleasing. For you people in Arkansas, this would be a GREAT SHOP to go to! Thank you MSSC!Service: Steering & suspension repair

You can expect the five star workmanship for your vehicle here Main Street Service Center. Our truck brakes were scary and now I will drive it as I feel safe because the family of Kevin, Lisa ,Kristen, Todd and Sadie listened to my issues,kept me posted what they found and need to do to make my truck safe to drive in the mountains. Ya'll all are appeciated so much. THANK YOU.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS REPAIR SHOP!! Very malicious with their business practices, especially if you're not mechanically inclined. Came in to have them check my AC, and the owner of the shop himself tried to lie to my face and say I needed new brake lines and suspension when I had just replaced them. Tells me all I need to know about the shop when I ask for an entirely different repair and they try to wring your wallet dry. Again, STAY AWAY FROM THIS REPAIR SHOP, IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!Service: Auto maintenance

You will not find a better place or people! I travel for a living and when I broke down they where there for me. They went way above what they needed to.the entire time my vehicle was with them I was informed and kept up to date on what was happening. If only all businesses were like this one!!!thanks again to the staff and mechanics you guys are something else keep up the great work and ethics ! Restores faith in my country!!!

I came from Lakeview today to have them inspect a car I was looking at purchasing. Todd was very professional and freely helped me understand the issues that the car had and even told me how to perform the repairs myself in depth. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, honest and welcoming. I must also commend Bobbi the receptionist for her friendly demeanor and hospitality while we waited in the waiting room. Would 100% recommend these folks for vehicle inspections, although I can t speak for the repairs personally, I would have no hesitation using them if I was local.

I had a small problem with my car before driving 10 hours home. I was out of town and didn't have much service, but they nicely labored through a broken phone call with me the day before I brought it in. When I did bring it in, they were extremely nice and welcoming as I waited for them to fix my car. They immediately got it in, fixed it, and made sure it was good to make the trek back. I was charged very fairly and appreciated the peace of mind I had on my drive home. Thank you!!

These guys really came through for me and my wife in a pinch. We were 4 hours from home and our brakes went out. They were the only mechanic in town who could get us in and got it done great! And quickly!

Super unsatisfied, they replaced new sparkplugs we told them not to and over charged for them! Then when my husband drove the car away, it sounded worse than when we brought it in and immediately died. We brought it right back and they tried to blame him by saying he didn't tell them to run a diagnostic. They charged over 600 for the tunes up that should of costed close to half that. I now need to take it to a better shop tomorrow after wasting 600 with this place today!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning

Went in to ask if they would do an estimate. I had taken my vehicle to a different auto repair shop and was given a small list of things to fix. I wanted to know if they could give me their price to repair my small list. I was quickly laughed at and felt mocked for even bothering to ask. All the while, as I am going down my list, the man with the break away glasses (whose name I should have got) kept laughing and scoffing. "Its not about price, its about quality."This was the answer I got, and was told that they wouldn't waste time to look up the price since they felt that price wasn't even a factor, and that they may not even be able to beat it even if they did give it to me. The most I got was a price to look the truck over as I "needed a second opinion, not a price for parts or repairs." I was also told that if they saw the same problems that the other place had given me a list for, they would waive the fee for the look over. Was at least given a card and a decent handshake.TL:DR; Went in to get an estimate, was almost laughed out the store, and was told I was wasting their time due to it not being about price, but the quality of their work. Got a price for a second opinion, but felt less than satisfied about the professionalism.

It wasn't a good experience for me. My bad for not asking what it would have cost to put the car on the rack to look at my exhaust system. I assumed it would cost $20 to $30 the MOST. It took less than 10 minutes and they charged me $55. It took the manager longer to create an invoice than it did for the mechanic to look at the car. It's an expensive place to maintain, so if you're not this then go to a repair shop that is about people, and not image. Like I said, I didn't ask how much it was up front, but at least I do now, and it's Not my kind of place. Good luck!I still will replace my exhaust manifold because I know it has a small crack in it, and you did not save us any money because you charged us $55 for a few minutes on the rack.

Awesome place to get unique items at great prices. Employees are very nice & helpful. There is something for everyone here. It's a one stop shop for clothes, gear, food, decor, toiletries & supplies. Itsvery easy to lose track of time because you'll find more then what's on your list!

I had a lot of services done to my car from here. It seemed like it was one thing after another. Everything they were running was through computer which costed me things i did NOT need to fix. However my father was able to fix my car. MSSC couldn't even tell me that i needed an air filter when my father could. I wished i had asked my father before considering the referral somebody requested this place. 8 months later i had a part that needed to get looked at by the company because it was something i paid getting done, and i received a call from the owner himself who accused me of being someone i wasn't and was going to refuse doing my car because of whatever issue it was whom he thought i was. I never felt so humiliated and disgusted in my life. I felt that if he was the face and name of this company, He should have not treated his customers the way he treated me. It was so uncalled for and he asked me personal questions about my family and what they drive. Until my car parts are out of the warranty that they did, i will not be going back to do business there. I just hope since he found out i was not who he accused me to be, he doesn't screw up my car to think i would go back to do business with him.

None good experience you people messed up my 2002 Chevy blazer worse than it was, when I brought it in it just needed the idler valve replaced, after you people supposedly worked on it, my entire motor was screwed. I needed a new vehicle it wasn't safe 2 drive anywhere. Mr. Sims you know I am telling the truth. And am I a liability to you as well? Please if you need good mechanic work seek it elsewhere. Evidently your bookkeeping is as horrible as your mechanics work.

I live out of town and had trouble with my truck, they were able to fix it for me fast and reasonably priced. They knew I had to get on the road and worked diligently to get me back on the road. I would recommend them to anyone needing to get work done on their vehicle these are the right guys!

I was working out of town in Harrison and noticed my brakes making a noise. I didn't know where to go but MSSC was close by. I knew it was a long shot, but they looked at them for me and determined I needed brakes & rotors, fixed them and got me back on the road in about an hour! I was so impressed and grateful to Todd & the crew there. Definitely 5 stars! (Donna)

Our car broke down,altinater went they recommended diamond state towing the driver was great,mssc installed rebuilt altinater every thing good that's where I'll get my cars repaired now

Been taking my vehicles here for better part of 3 years. Never had an issue, the problems are always fixed correctly and the first timeI've never had to bring it back for something they missed. Kevin and the staff at MSSC are A-1.....I couldn't ask for any better

We have a Classic VW, it has had this squeak for over a year. We have taken it several places, they replaced this and that ect... The squeak never went away. Finally someone recommended Main Street Service Center. We dropped it off, they looked at it, called with an estimate. They had it fixed the next week (they did have to special order parts). Great service

Owner has a anger problem when he doesn't get his way. Grow up and get some anger management.I won a free oil change with the Harrison newspaper. I was asked what kind of oil I wanted to use. I was told there would be slight charge for the different oil.(not their bulk) When I pulled in I told the mechanic that the cabin filter was ok, not to remove it. Fifteen minutes later the owner brought my cabin filter in to me, telling me it needed replaced. I told him the mechanic was told to leave it alone. Minutes later he returned saying my brakes felt mushy. I said I had bought the Toyota new, pointed out the low millage and told him the brakes felt as good as the day I bought it. When I paid the bill it was as much as my dealer charged. So much for a Free oil change. I opened the glove box and it dropped open, instead of opening slowly. The cylinder that makes it open slowly, was broke while the mad owner was messing with the cabin filter. Thank You, Main Street Service Center.

While the rate may be a little "pricey" compared to other so-called repair shops, the old story - "You get what you pay for" certainly applies here. The service is not only accuarate and thorough, but it is performed in a "friendly" way. Everyone knows what is involved in the work being performed, and the suggestions of what should be done avoid any surprises down the line. Additionally, I don't know of any non-franchised repair shops that actually stay on top of regular maintenance enough to remind their customers. Keep up the great work!

The folks at Main Street Service Center are wonderful! They were able to quickly diagnose and repair my car's air conditioning and had me back up and running all in a couple of hours. All the while, there attitude and customer support were top notch. Thanks, guys!

Fixed fuel pump, but broke fuel tank switch & didn't bother saying anything about it, which they shouldn't have been working anywhere near the dashboard in the first place. One star for fixing the fuel pump, negative four stars for breaking our dashboard.

I was inquiring about some work i was just walking by to check thw status of my vehicle i could tell they were busy the shop not opened on a saturday the shop manager still took some time out of his day while shop was closed to help farther sAssist us. As there was another gentleman inquiring about his own business. I appreciate it because the shop was closed and he didnt even have to stop and talk it was professional in communication for sure
