While traveling back from "Arrowhead Point RV Park " in Osceola Missouri and going through Harrison Arkansas we were flagged down by passer-bys that we had a real Tire Issue on out Gulfstream TT Tow behind Camper... Its passenger side rear Axle Tire/Wheel was leaning out during to its "Wheel Bearing" had blown out destroying the wheel hub and brake assembly... We were able to limp into Andy Yeagers Used Car lot on RT65 and access the damage and spent the night... Their car salesman "Billie" was the Greatest giving us "Jordan's RV Parts and Servive" phone number and address at Younes Street, Harrison AR... We went to Jordan's and owner Richard and associate Tom took care of us having to order a New Rear Axle,,, remove the old and install the New then we also had them inspect the Brakes and Repack the other axles Wheel Bearings... "Thank You "Jordan's RV Parts and Service" !!!

Richard is a great guy. I have seen bad reviews with Jordens but don t believe them. They did amazing job for us. He runs an honest business. They help us in so many ways. They were fair on their prices and the quality of if work was great. They went above and a beyond to help us through a bad situation. I would high recommend them with all your RV needs.

While traveling our awning arms broke. Called and spoke to Richard. He said he could get the parts ordered and be out on Wed to fix it. He got the parts ordered that day (Fri) and they arrived on Tues (just like he told us). Wed they came out and replaced our awning arms in quick time. They were also kind enough to seal parts of our roof that they noticed were bad and didn't charge us extra.Highly recommend!

An essential piece of our super slide motor broke while on Oklahoma. We were headed to Arkansas. New Song Mobile RV Service, in Checotah OK suggested Jordans RV, we were there in 3 days, they diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and had our rig repaired in a week. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Revised... the other partner heard what happened and came right out to our property and fixed our lock. He was very apologetic and very helpful.Thank you!Took our trailer in to have inspected and bearings packed before leaving on a long vacation across the country. The bearings were not packed correctly. Two of the four were loose (tire shop found later), had to take back to have fixed. Multiple other issues that were eventually corrected the same day. One of the things we had done was a re key to fix the dead bolt lock that was not working. Saturday morning went to get into the trailer and the dead bolt lock is broken, key does not engage and we're locked out of the trailer. We call Jordan's RV and speak with gentleman that has no desire to hear what is going on, promises to fix it Monday morning. Try to explain there was issues yesterday, but they were fixed and was cut off with "I've heard enough" and "there's not a cotton pickin thing I can do about it today." Thanks a lot for your professionalism. Locked out of your trailer is not how you want to start vacation and with no other recommendations of how to fix. Will never use or recommend this RV service.

Called Jordans's RV 4 times over a week and half to try to get an estimate on repairs to a damaged 5th wheel camper in an RV park in Harrison. The park in question is very close to this location, like run by on the way home close. Each call with the same guy was like a brand new conversation. Pushed off several times, was finally told it would happen today and called to check and says he "Might" get to it but no promises. Then told me to call someone one else if wanted, like i was unable to come to that conclusion on my own. Camper Repair must be a money printing business to be this rude and unconcerned. - Check his YELP reviews

Highly Recommended!! We were trail riding in the Ozark National Park and broke a leaf spring on our adventure trailer. We patched it to get off the trail and headed to the nearest town. After trying a couple of auto repair places (who were all too busy to help us), we found Jordan s. Jessie (owner/manager) sent us tractor supply to get the spring & Daniel replaced the spring on the spot; we didn t even have to unhook the trailer. Thank you so much guys! You saved our trip!

Please beware of this place.I dropped my pop cab over camper there the end of July. It had a small piece, about 1/4 inch of copper pipe that was had been pinched and I cut it off to take with me to get the right sized pipe to fix it. I then had a bad accident and couuldn't do it for awhile so I thought I'd get a quote. I told them I couldn't get the small piece for for $100 I could buy 50 feet of it and redo the whole thing as the camper is small.I told them I needed it by Sept 5th for a trip I had planned.I hand't heard a thing so I called them about 2 weeks before my trip. Once they figured out who I was they said they hadn't looked at it but would do so soon and call me to let me know what was needed. They called me exactly one week after the time I said I needed it. It was done come get it. I was shocked as they never called with an estimate or to get approval. I never would have approved the amount they quoted me. I would have done it myself for hundreds less or got quotes elsewhere. I had been using it without the gas. It wasn't an emergency to get it fixed. The old camper wasn't worth spending that much money on.They charged me 3 hours labor at $00 an hour. $56 for 1/4 inch of copper pipe. $35 for 2 copper fittings and $25 for shop supplies??? $450 dollars later after tax. All without approval. I was stuck paying it so I could just get my camper out of there.

Took my toy hauler in to get generator fixed. They put a new carburetor on it, I heard it running but after shutting it down it would not start. Paid over $700.00. $240.0 was for 2 hrs labor. Took it back to them because I couldn't get it to start. They said it would need a starter. I wasn't going to pay another 120.00 an hour for them to fix, so I did it myself for & 38.00 and about 90 min. Of my time. Point is I took it in to be fixed and it wasn't. And to charge me 120.0 an hour. Rip off ! Staff was however freindly.

Not pleased with this company. We recently took our camper to them to have them look at an axle issue. After the camper sat on the lot for over a month and no contact, my husband went to speak to them. Axle issue was more than they originally quoted so we told them we would wait a while before fixing it. While the camper was on their lot, they winterized it without our knowledge or consent and charged us $75 to do so. This process would have cost us $10 to do on our own. We will not be back.

Left recently for an extended trip and found that our fridge wouldn't operate on propane. Passing through Harrison, AR, we stopped at Jordan's RV Service. The good folks there quickly diagnosed the problem as " acute mud dauberitis ", cleaned out our burner and sent us happily on our way. Even though their facility was crammed with ailing RV's, they took the time to get us back on the road.

Most everything we had repaired has failed in almost not time (October). Over $3,000 in parts and service and have had to repair it all again- except the roof sealant.
