I traded in my knocking Mazda for some value off the original price of the car and he assisted with getting a bill of sale a couple months after purchase, good customer service.I bought a Volkswagen Passat and on the way home, my serpentine belt snapped so I didnt even make it home before I started having issues. I noticed an oil leak he didnt mention while I was under the car putting the new belt on, the next day. The engine light came on within a month of having the car, and my left CV joint went bad. When I bought the car I mentioned that the clutch was going out and he claimed that he thought it felt like a newer clutch, that was incorrect as I now have to replace the clutch as well as all the other stuff Ive mentioned. I made the terrible mistake of not fully looking over the vehicle and that was my fault.

0 stars. Sold a lemon to a good friend of mine who is a single mother. Engine had an issue. She was without her car for 6 months after a laundry list of excuses. She actually got her car back in worse condition then she left it. Non working windows and door locks. Bent rims. Break dust on all wheels. No fluids to be found anywhere: brake, coolant, and even window washer fluid. This fight is just beginning. Hopefully the owners will do the right thing. If not the fight will continue until the right thing is done. Keep counting on local police to cover you. That won't work I can assure you!

Zero Stars!! Owner Shaun Sutherland is a thief and a liar. Please PLEASE do yourself a favor and look somewhere else for a vehicle.

Bought a range rover from Shawn. Had several issues with it afterwards talked to Shawn and he took care of them. Nice guy to talk to in person.
