They had what I needed for my ride on deere at a good price. My encounter with the employee was not so great, he was not directly rude to me but he basically talks down to you. If I could get the product I need any where else I would.

I got on gate when it just closed the gate but they saw me and let me get inside and unload the trailer....I forgot the names of those two beautiful ladies helped me out.

Had to drive an hour and a half to get my ZTR worked on, but I'll gladly do it again when and if I need to. Telephone assistance offered by Keisha will calm your anxiety and give you a level of reassurance that's hard to find. Mechanic Joe will talk to you, explain what's going on and shake his finger at you if you're misbehavin with your machine. I'm a happy customer. You will be, too.

I was referred and heard really good things about this place. Having a John deere was excited to find a place that most likely had my parts or could order them. Finally get to go this morning. When we walked in a gentleman was sitting behind the counter way at the back. We walk in, he does not say one word. Stands up as we are walking towards him and goes in the office behind him then comes back out sits back down and just stares at us. Then says what.... Not hi, how are you today or how can I help you guys..I say not even hi, how are you and he goes I was waiting til you got to the counter. Now usually when you walk into places they atleast greet you. I would have been fine with atleast a smile. No. Very unfriendly. He had no interest in even trying to help me or my husband. Yes after that, I was ugly to him because I could not believe he was not even going to offer a word of help and I did tell him his customer service skills sucked, and before we were friendly and smiling having a great day. They lost a big sale today because of his attitude. I had cash in hand for a brand new zero turn John deere. I also needed a part for my old one. Hearing the good things I had heard and read the reviews I thought this would be a good experience. I have never been so happy to leave a place. I will drive hours to get help besides this place. I truly hope that he was not the owner. I have no idea how he has been in retail sales and not even speaking to customers. He never even got off his butt when he walked back from the office and sat down right in front of us. What is sad is there was another employee who never even tried to help us either. I only gave them one star because I had to choose something to be able to post. I guess the one star can go for how clean the place was, but I am sure he didn't help with that either.

We just bought a new John Deere lawnmower from Justin. He just smiled the whole time and my wife was pleased he let her try it out first and answered dozens of questions. Lol

I purchased a z735m mower a year ago, the belt tensioner snapped off after hitting a few rocks. Factory welds were defective and snapped with ease with a little friction. Refused to abide by the warrenty for the factory welds and tried to give me a $3500 repair invoice. I spent $8000 on a zero turn mower, it breaks from wear and tear IN A YEAR, and I'm told "Sorry this is your fault, now give us more money" I have had John Deere products my whole life and love them. This facility single handed drove me and my family away them, and I am currently looking for a better brand of mower

Was thinking of trading my tractor and implements for newer tractor, but after dealing with the rudeness of the service desk I decided to go elsewhere. Sales may be fine, but not willing to deal with that for service.

The first and most very enjoyed experience to heritage tractor. We have purchased a used John Deere and After the first year and a half I expected a sad experience while driving through our woods on our property, I discovered a buried cedar tree and it kicked up and struck the gear box and destroyed it. I took it to the Heritage Tractor. That was over two months ago

Updated review August 2022.I had a bad experience with Larson farm and lawn, who became heritage tractor. since that time, their service has become extremely reliable. yesterday, I traded in my 2016 x350 mower for a new z530m 60-in deck. Justin made the process so easy, I think I spent less than 5 minutes inside the store to do the deal. I dropped in to see what they had, he came to me quickly and took me right outside and with no prejudice discussed with me the x734 they had sitting outside. whenever I showed some sticker shock, he didn't even flinch and continued on talking to me about the Z5 series. as I write this, I realize it is more of a review of Justin and less of heritage, but if heritage tires people like Justin then they are a good company. I even had some trouble with trailers, and Justin was flexible on his time even staying a little bit late to wait for me to get to the dealership. when I arrived, I had a low tire on the trailer and Justin didn't hesitate and topped off the tire for me with his own two hands. even though he is not a guy in the service department, he jumped right in and did it. even when we laughably realized that my new 60-in deck wouldn't even fit on the trailer I brought, just an offered to have the new mower delivered and to pick up my trade in at no charge. and did I mention the trade in? sight unseen, I was offered $1,100 for my x350. in admittedly very rough cosmetic shape. I was offered $350 trade in by p&k equipment in tontitown arkansas. heritage tractors offer made theirs just absolutely insulting.bravo on turning things around, heritage. justin, keep doing what you are doing.Google says this review is 4 years old.Have put less than three hours on my mower after they "repaired" and "leveled" the deck, and the it isn't even close. Pictures to follow on their page. I paid 200 dollars for this repair, I would like it to actually be repaired. This is all after I was called once to say it was done, I questioned the repair, and they sent it back to the shop for re-work because it wasn't done the first time. So my confidence is pretty low in their repairmen already. Also, I requested new blades, they had the mower for a week and a half, and when I came to pick up they said they didn't put new blades on because they sold the last set. They had a week and a half, they could have ordered new blades and reserved a set for me. Unacceptable. They will be getting a phone call from me, and will have ONE MORE chance to make it right. After which if it isn't fixed they will be losing my retail and repair service to countryside JD in Springdale.

I have not personally had work done here, but my father worked here for 9 years, and this is a great dealership. Plenty of new and used tractors, great selection of parts, and much more. The staff is friendly and the technicians do excelent repair work. Hope to see you guys soon!

I've bought many pieces of equipment in my life, and dealt many salesmen. With that said lance has to be the best sales person I have ever dealt with. When I say fair I mean you won't get a better deal anywhere else. If you're going to buy a tractor go see lance hes the man... Enjoy...

Bought tractor and bush hog from lance. He was very helpful and not your ordinary salesman. I felt as if I bought the tractor from a friend instead of a haggler. Thanks again lance for the great deal.

Terrible service our tractor has 100 hours on it and can't get any of them to call us back to get a service appointment for an issue that happened a week ago after a promised return call. Won't be dealing with these people any more! Would give 0 stars if I could.

I have finally got a gut full of the b.s. from the service dept. First call to them to come look at my tractor was June 30th. Here it is Oct 11th $4500.00 later and still at their shop and not fixed. Nothing more fun than making payments on a tractor you can't use for 4 months. Letter going out today to Corp office.

Wonderful no B.S. gimmicks when purchasing and the equipment is a game changer. Always purchased Kubota equipment before this equipment and I must say John Deere is far better and worth every dime.

MY MOWER HAS ONLY 21.2 HOURS ON IT.THE FACTORY WARRENTY IS EXPIRED BY LESS THAN TWO MONTHS AND IT HAS BROKE DOWN EVEN THOUGH I PURCHASED IT THERE WHEN I COULD HAVE GOTTEN THE SAME MOWER CHEAPER ELSEWHERE BECAUSE I WAS TOLD WARRENTY WOULD BE BETTER FROM THERE. THEY ARE WILL NOT HELP IN THE REPAIRS. SO MUCH FOR JOHN DEERE QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. SAVE UR MONEY BUY A CHEAPER MOWER THEN WHEN IT BREAKS ATLEAST YOU HAVE NOT SPENT OVER 2,000 DOLLARS ON WHAT IS NOW A LAWN ORNAMENT.
