I very rarely make good reviews. I m always the one to post a negative review. I struggled with this one, but I can t not post a review.My nieces traveled here from Savannah, GA on a holiday weekend last summer. It was later Saturday afternoon and they were getting ready to head home and found themselves with a bad wheel and several bad lugs. The employees here went above and beyond to get them rolling so they could be home by Sunday evening. Absolutely went out of their way at minimal cost to my nieces. I am forever grateful to the Harrison Battery and Tire crew

These guys are great! I've been doing business with Harrison Battery & Tire for years and have never had a bad experience. The GM Steve is the best and will do anything that he can to help someone out. These guys care about their customers and do great business! I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.

Just stopped in around noon on November 1st with Daddy s truck, had a very low tire in and out in twenty minutes!!!!!!!Parents/Grandparents there is a play room for children, comfortable waiting if needed and bathrooms are so nice and clean HBT is highly recommend!

I received a referral from my mechanic to have them replace my battery. The price was excellent. They had it replaced and done so quick that my ice cream didn t melt. Note: I didn t expect same day service so shopped first before calling.

I really appreciate their help with choosing the right tires for my SUV. Also, they have a decent waiting area, unlike one of the other places in town where I purchased my previous set of tires .... which I wasn't happy with. I recommend Harrison Battery & Tire. I will definately be a return customer.

The best tire place in town! Josh and his team are awesome! They take care their customers! you can get any kind of tire or wheels that you want! Also they do other stuff like Batteries, oil change etc! Fast installation and everything! I always go to this place! Highly recommended!

Brian at Harrison Battery & Tire is a Rockstar!!!! He put tires on my semi & forklift (in the rainy weather) Monday & this morning he put a full set of tires on my cargo trailer and had me back on the road in no time.

We had the misfortune of needing 2 tires (on a Saturday morning) to make it back home to TN. Harrison battery and tire was the first place I tried to find tires, and they had exactly what I needed. The young men that helped me were very friendly and helpful and had me on my way in a very short time. I highly recommend checking with them if you have an emergency need!

Stopped in at quitting time with a leaking tire. The crew brought their tools out to the parking lot, got the tire removed, repaired, and back on the truck quick. Couldn't have asked for better attitudes from everyone, especially when it was the last few minutes of the work day.

We were traveling through the area when we had a blowout on one of our trailer tires. Someone met us outside immediately and helped us change out the spare we were limping in on. They checked our other tires, gave us free waters and had us back on the road in under an hour! Every single person was kind, helpful and supportive of our situation. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this tire center!

The new location was a little confusing to find. Located Behind Arvest bank, next to KSPN sports radio station. Great service and prices, small wait, very busy. Give complete service every time.

I want to say a big Thank you to the shop! On our way back home to Texas , we stop by the HBT shop and They replace one of my tires that was in a really bad condition, for a really good price! God bless the gentleman that help us !Great service & 100% recommended!!

That guy Steve is amazing I wish there were More people like him out there running businesses , he got me fixed up really fast , in and out!! Initially when I got there, their was a 2 hour wait but he made dusty change my battery within 20 minutes!! Great place recommend too everyone!!

$20.00 for a simple flat repair. Was $13.00 less than a year ago.I was going to buy 4 brand new tires there, NO WAY NOW.

I had called ahead of time (5 minutes before i showed up) and asked them how long it would take to patch 2 tires that were in my trunk as well as switch the one tire with the donut that was on my car. I was told it would be 15 -20 minutes.. from the point i sat down after showing one of the guys which tires and where the holes were, i waited and hour and finally went up to ask how much longer since i was told on the phone at the beginning 15-20 minutes. They had told me it was finishing up and had sent another guy to help whoever was in there finish. So i went and sat back down, to find myself sitting there for another 15 + minutes?? I had waited over and hour and 15 minutes from the time i sat down to the time i walked out the door. I was polite, but very annoyed, considering i saw at least 6-7 associates that were either at the desk or walking in and out from the garage. I work in customer service and if someone is told something by an associate and that is not accurate we apologize right away and we do what we can to make their experience better. Not for them i still paid close to $30 for 2 patches. I was told as i was walking out the door to leave, "sorry for the wait" by a single associate. I do not see myself going there again. And for those that told me how great they are my first and final experience was absolutely awful.

From their Exceptional customer service to their clean and inviting waiting area, HBT is the best business in town. They provide fast, friendly, quality service EVERY time I walk in. The first time I went in was because they had the best price, but I keep going back because of the amazing people that work there.

Harrison Battery & Tire squeezed me in last minute on a Saturday to fit these 265/75R16 all terrains on my new 2022 Nissan Frontier. Great service and excellent work! I highly recommend these guys for all your tire needs!

Sure not the most professional looking business I have been in, but the product and service was very good. Waiting area has a lot to be said for it. I believe I had posted this long ago. Since then they have opened a 2nd location. Service is as good as before, and the customer waiting area is much more comfortable.

Great shop! Was in and out with four new tires in under an hour! Anthony behind the front desk was very kind and makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in! Would recommend to everyone!

Travelling through and had an immediate tire issue come up. Fit us in quickly, and cheaply. Also - they have an amazing waiting area for customers. Sign needs to be bigger though-would've been easy to miss.

Great staff, fast, knowledgeable and friendly. Had a tire go flat and we took it in. Within 15 minutes the tire was repaired and we were on our way. Great prices too.

Anyone looking for tires? Well just save yourself the time and take my word for it Harrison Battery and Tire is just where you need to go. I called all over town for a certain tire brand and they beat the others by 300 dollars. Go see Steve Turney he will hook you up!

Have 2004 had to get winter ready 6 tire change 4 to truck 2 spare mountsSteve pulled truck in right at drop off and 30 minutes later keys in handNote : this is and should be everyone's go to tire work went to Hudson Tire and battery once key word once and got it where the sun don't shine.I'm a mechanic of 45 years and reference these guys all day long

I arrived this morning at about 7:45 expecting to drop off our truck to have the tire fixed and pick it up on my lunch since I was there so early. Instead, I was greeted with a smile and without hesitation the gentleman asked for my keys and offered to start on it right away. These employees could have waited until their official 8 am start time, but went above and beyond to get my tire started early. I have always been impressed with their service here.

I bought a brand new Interstate Battery there and I love Interstate Batteries and it didn't take them long to install it by the way the last Interstate Battery that I bought is I'm still using it in my pickup truck since 2012

Had a screw in my tire Saturday morning...They are the only tire shop in Harrison open on a Saturday...Brought my car in and they fixed my tire immediately for a great price! Great workers! Will continue from now on to use them for all my tire needs. A++++++

These guys are great! I'm not from Harrison but when I was passing through town my low tire sensor light came on. I just happened to be passing by their shop so I whipped in to see if they could help me. It was a Saturday and to say they were busy is an understatement but they said it would be just a few minutes. Within 30 minutes my tire was fixed and we were back on the road and it didn't cost a fortune either. If I lived here I would be a customer for life! Thanks so much!
