So thankful for the quick response to our call. Our friends broke down, had an F350 hooked to a 18 trailer and the didn t hesitate to help us. It was after 9p no after hours charge price was absolutely affordable. Caleb and Toby were super friendly and helpful with everything. Thank you so much.

I was traveling through Jasper alone with minimal cell reception when my car broke down. They were the first ones i was able to reach, and the service provided was quite impressive! Their response time was incredibly fast, the service was reliable, and the staff were genuinely nice people. They were able to fix my car super fast at a reasonable price and even let me rent one of their cars to get around while waiting for a part. Highly recommend for anyone in need of reliable car care and towing!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Dale and Teddy rescued me last night. The customer service was amazing and did not cost a arm and 3 legs. They came when no Branson Tow companies would come help me. Thank you so much. I made it in time to pick my passengers up.

When your camper bearing catches fire five hours from home you pray you find knowledgeable, respectful mechanics. Gaither Towing was just that. Their service truck came out and provided the assistance and safety we needed. Affordable rates and just all around nice folks. We recommend them!

On Saturday October 14, 2023 i developed a motorcycle gas tank leak on top of the mountain on Hwy 7 south of Jasper. Caleb showed up very quickly & tried his best to get me back on the road by trying to patch the hole in my gas tank. He was unable to patch the leak so he towed the bike back to his shop where he & Squirrel, an employee, worked for several hours to repair the leak just to get me back on the road. Finally several hours later they got a patch to hold, reinstalled my tank & I was able to go on my way. The attitude & friendliness of the entire crew was very much appreciated & the rate was very reasonable. I told them several times on the scene & I'll say it again, Thank you Caleb, Rachel, & Squirrel.Service: Motorcycle towing

I'm from desmoines Iowa. My Subaru just plain quit on me north of Harrison on 65. It was Sunday and 4 degrees outside. By the grace of God Gaiter Mtn was the first tow company to come up on my phone. They were there withinthe hour. They took me and my 2 dogs to a motel. And had my car fixed on Monday at a price that was more than fai

Hands down the most professional and curteous towing service I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. They made a stressful situation SIGNIFICANTLY less stress, had a great sense of humor, and added a human touch to the process. Would recommend to anyone who needs a tow in the area!!!

I can t say enough great things about these guys! Our truck broke down on a corner on Hwy 43 while pulling our 40ft camper. These guys came to help us on a Saturday in the cold rain and had us towed, the truck fixed and back on the road in just a couple hours. They made a very stressful time not feel so stressful! Amazing group of people.

Toby was very prompt on the spot and very courteous. Opening my 2002 vw car door. Be cautious of dropping your keys in the trunk of your car after shopping at the grocery store! LOL

We have used Gaither Mtn for towing and then mechanic work several times. They are absolutely the best, the most friendly and helpful service I have ever experienced in 67 years of living. Kudos to GAITHER MOUNTAIN TOWING!

These people at Gaither Towing are very helpful. I had a flat and could not get the tire off. They came to help just to find out the spare did not fit. They went out of their way to get me taken care of. Greatly appreciated their help!

Blew a tire at night with no signal 3 hours from my home. Came out quick. Gave me options and were clear about what was gonna be the cheapest to get me back on the road. They made sure they had my tires before we got to the shop and had me back on the road in less than 30min. 100/10

Best tow experience I have had! Dispatch ladies was very polite and professional. She was able to give me a quote over the phone and they were very affordable! The driver was very familiar with newton county area and is amazing at his job. Got my momma wagon loaded and hauled right to our shop. Would definitely recommend them!

We weren t sitting on the dock on the bay, we were in our Rv broke down on the side of the road. Busted serpentine belt on our Cummins diesel. Thank God we had the fortune to be led to these folks. They were the third folks we called. The first said nope I can t cross state lines. The second said we are booked but I know someone who can. That s how Gaither Mountain Towing and Recovery came into our lives. Caleb jumped in the truck and saved the day. Upon his arrival he checked what our needs were and located the belt we needed. After returning with the belt he was able to install the belt and rebuild the wiring harness that was damaged during the catastrophic belt loss. Would I use these folks again? Hotel Echo Lima Lima Yankee Echo Sierra!!!

While visiting from out of state, my car started having mechanical issues. I was so thankful for a friend's recommendation to call Gaither Mtn Towing and Recovery! I was worried my car wouldn't make it to Gaither so I was happy to find out they were actually in Harrison where my car was located. They were able to locate the problem and fix it in THREE HOURS! I thought I would be stranded for a few days so I was thrilled! And it cost half what my husband thought it would cost so the price was fantastic also! They even aired up my tires for me before I left. These are great people! Thanks to the team at Gaither Mtn Towing and Recovery!

Caleb and Rachel as well as their staff provided a wonderful service for me in a time of need. They towed and held my truck through a rough time until I could retrieve it. They are the best and provide a great service to their community. I pray for the best for them and am sure they will always provide a great service. Hands down best experience I could have had considering I needed a tow. After a tire popped off in the mountains hours away from home, they got to me in a quick manner and even fixed my tire up that night! (Luckily they had the parts!) The entire crew was professional, friendly, and just amazing all the way around! They were my knights in shining armor and I am forever grateful. They deserve more than 5 stars!Service: Car towing

I came out of our bnb to find our tire flat and no spare in our rental. It was a almost 9pm and we had to leave at 7am the next day. Rachel answered the phone and was super polite and understanding. She dispatched Tim who came out right away and got us fixed up in record time so we could make our flight. Tim was prompt, professional, and we felt like we were in good hands. After he left we felt like good friends. A huge shout out to Gaither Mtn. Towing. Thanks Rachel and Tim for being there for us. Our small misfortune turned into a great night of meeting new people and was a wonderful experience.

I was visiting Arkansas from out of state and got stuck on a gravel road that had turned to powder near the bottom & I could not get traction to get out. As cell service was practically nonexistent I called 911 for help & I was referred to Gaither Mtn. Towing. John was very helpful & comforting and assured me help would arrive in 30-40 minutes. They delivered on their promise. Tim was very kind to me & my two very scared little girls making jokes and helping to calm a stressful situation. He got us loaded & up to the top safely and as gently as the roads would allow. Everyone I spoke to from initial call to completing the transaction for the tow service was professional and kind. I hope to never have to use their services again, but if I do I know who to call and I know I will be cared for. Thank you from me & my girls Gaither!Service: Car towing

I drive a commercial vehicle and was stranded at a gas station in Topeka, Kansas at 4am. My company told me it would be 6+ hours before a service tech would be available. He stopped to get diesel on his journey back home to Arkansas, and I ran over to him and asked him for a jump start as I thought that was my problem. He came over, and it wasn t a jumpstart needed a little more, and about 30 minutes later we was rolling down the road. Saved us multiple hours of downtime and was very nice and very affordable. And it was the owner of the company, Tim, that helped us, hats off to him and I will be referring you to my company as a towing and recovery service in the Arkansas area. 10/10 recommend.Services: Battery service, Battery

My son and I were on a motorcycle road trip and were at a very remote hiking location, where my son had a flat tire. A road grader came by and called Gaithers for us They came immediately (it was late afternoon), and towed the bike to our motel. This company is amazing! The care we were showed was far above and beyond anything I would have expected. Ted, the driver was very careful in making sure the bike was secure on the truck - and Tim, the owner of the company was very friendly and kind to us. I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and caring attitudes. This company is the best!!

Absolutely hands down only Tow company you should ever use. God is running their business and using Tim, Caleb and Rachel In an Awesome way. Had a motorcycle accident in their area on a Monday, after 2 days of Hospital and follow up visits we were able to go and see our motorcycles on Wednesday. Called them first thing in the morning, said we would call a cab and come see the bikes. Rachel said she would come and pick us up instead. When my insurance company followed up with them he asked if they new of a transport company to get our bikes back to Ohio. They were also a transportation company. Because of injuries, driving 800 miles to Ohio was going to be a challenge. Along with transporting the bikes they also drove us home. We talked to them about 10:00 in the morning on Wednesday, at 11:00 pm on same day we were on are way home. Because of their generosity and kindness they made a traumatic experience bearable. They are all absolute sweethearts. My car broke down while taking a friend to Olive Garden up in Branson for her birthday and Racheal was so sweet. She sent her husband in "The Limo" and when he got there he gave us cold water to drink. He actually let us still go to Olive Garden since it was my friends birthday and I had never been. He was funny and charming the entire ride back to Harrison. I would absolutely recommend if you need any towing to use them! I'll be recommending them to all of my friends from now on!Service: Car towing

I was driving my semi truck and trailer up AR 103 and got stuck in the snow the Gaither MTN Towing and Recovery crew came out to help me all the crew was very professional and very knowledgeable also got there in a timely manner chained up my duals on my semi truck and even escorted me to their shop in Harrison AR. After my company seemingly left me stranded on a mountain grade on Arkansas State Road 47 jumping through hoops for a blown radiator hose. Caleb knocked on my truck, diagnosed the blown hose and not only that had a wrecker there fast as possible. Very efficient, professional and friendly. Rachel gave me a ride to a local hotel and even returned the phone I had left in their car. Small family owned type of towing/wrecker/auto service company. Extremely trustworthy, friendly and professional. Won't jack up rates and don't partake in shady practices like many similar companies. If I ever break down again I sure hope it's on a Arkansas State Road.
