We had a light come on our Jeep. We were told told to have Darrell check the transmission, we did he said had to be rebuilt. Over $3,000.00 dollars 1 yr warranty a few days before the warranty end it did the trouble again took it back after 3 weeks he said they had put a part in backwards! So here it is a year later now in the shop again for same problem! This should have been taken care of right the first time! It s in a different shop this time!

It was a pleasure dealing with these folks. The truck is working great and I think it's even getting better gas mileage the transmission must have been slipping a little bit. Update I picked up 2+ miles per gallon.

I got my transmission rebuilt here, when I got my car back there were greasy hand prints on the top of my car. There was something smeared on the inside of my window that looked half wiped off. Had a perfect un damaged interior, a little upset that this happened since I was charged so much. I was using a crazy amount of gas, my check Engine light came on, so I took my car to orileys and figured out my Air intake temp sensor wasn t even plugged in. I drove my car for days with it unplugged. I understand mistakes happen, but there were multiple different mistakes.Service: Transmission

Schedule an appointment, drop my car off 2 days later they had done absolutely nothing but everytime I called i was told it was next and line , My car is how I make my living. So by sitting there doing nothing that cost me money

Great service.Our vehicle broke down on July 4th while on vacation from Michigan. Not knowing the area, we had it towed to a Ford dealer. Big mistake and a wasted vacation day later, I had it towed to Drivetrain LLC. Drivetrain kept their promises, provided great service, and lower cost than the Ford dealer.Service: Transmission

I had my torque converter replaced and they went above and beyond to help me. They got it done extremely fast. I couldn t have asked for better customer service. I would definitely recommend these guys. I even drove over 3 hours to use them.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

This place is AWESOME!!We broke down in Harrison and needed a new transmission. Darrell is really knowledgeable when it comes to transmissions. He and his team went out of their way to get us back on the road. We were costumers but we also were treated like friends.Thank you so much Darrell, Sarah and team!Hope to see you again someday.Your German friends :)

Great Service! Excellent work ethic, really a pleasure doing business with Drivetran LLC. I drive 6 hours round trip and pass countless shops along the way because I know and trust the owner will take care of me and my family. I would drive 10 hours one way if needed!

I went in expecting to spend several thousands on getting my truck fixed and when it was all said and done, the price was a lot less then I'd ever expected.The people there were very very nice and explained to me in detail what he had done and even showed me the broken pieces.This place is top notch 100% number one in my book. They even took me to work and picked me up.Would recommend to anyone.

Darrell at DriveTrain worked my car in spare of the moment and had it done in a timely manner! Was very fluent about communicating with us if he was running a little behind! (He already had a full schedule! Very professional and I was all around VERY happy with the service! I would highly recommend to ANYONE I know! Thanks again DriveTrain!
