On vacation and our diesel pickup needed an oil change. Called the day before and they got us right in the following morning so we didn't loose any time and stayed on our schedule. Great service and nice folks.

The "high pressure sales" approach has GOT to stop. It's sad that you can't even slow down or step out and just look at a vehicle wo someone being all over you. Instant turn off for me. PLEASE stop!

This is by far the best dealership I've been to. My family and I were on a cross country road trip when our AC stopped working. In the dead of summer. This dealership not only got us in and fixed the problem, after 3 other dealerships couldn't, but they went above and beyond. They gave us a rental and then returned our truck to us so we could continue on on our camping trip in a timely manner. We couldn't be more grateful.

Great experience! Purchased new Enclave from Davis Buick today and it was a no hassle experience. Great staff!The value of our deal was very satisfying and I highly recommend this dealership. Very fair trade value and sales value!One of my best auto buying experience, and over years I have bought many vehicles, but this time was exceptional and I am very happy to have dealt with Davis Buick GMC. Good selection and great people!

If I could give zero stars, I would.A little over a year ago Davis GMC sold me a used vehicle with a blown head gasket. After having a mechanic look it over I returned to the dealership and explained the problem. Let's be clear, I signed and agreed to purchase the vehicle as is, with no warranty.I knew they weren't legally obligated to help me but I didn't storm in making demands. I asked for their help in finding a reliable vehicle. First I was told that they had nothing else in my price range unless I wanted to finance. Fine, I'll look for something to finance, however when I asked about a trade in value the salesman laughed at me and explained that he wouldn't take the car as a trade because of the same mechanical issue that THEY sold it to ME with, without telling me about it.At that point I even offered to buy back the vehicle I traded in for the one with a blown head gasket. I offered them the full price they gave me for it and I was again denied. In fact they lied and told me my old truck was already sold when I could see it parked around back!There was absolutely zero sympathy to my situation from the salesman and his manager, if anything they were incredibly rude. I was embarrassed as I left and saw them snickering at me through the window.I didn't ask for anything for free! I understood I had made a mistake and was willing to pay to correct it. Yet they still were unwilling to help or even offer advice. Nothing.In the end I was forced to park the broken vehicle until my title came 2 months later from little rock before I could sell it for parts at a major financial loss.But I'd rather be honest than dump it on an unsuspecting person who needed a reliable car. Unlike Davis GMC.Buyers beware!In the year since, I have purchased 2 vehicles, one used and one brand new from Wood motors right down the road. I have been incredibly happy with the sales and service team at Wood. I will definitely be bringing my business there from now on.And I will continue to discourage my friends family and neighbors from doing business with Davis GMC

If I had to choose the absolute best review I could give this year, 2022, it would have to be given to Davis Buick. The service and genuine kindnesses shown by Curt, Keaton, Jason and Hannah were of the upmost traditional, Southern hospitality. The actual work on my Buick Encore was performed by talented but unnamed technicians in the garage but my thanks include them as well. I spent an entire in the customer lounge where the unlimited coffee was great and cookies tasty. In an otherwise trying time, these great employees are quite deserving of high praise and a pay raise. And thank you, Tyler, for having those proud American Flags ordered for your property front. It is such a great thing you do for all Americans, your veteran customers especially to honor them, our great surviving country and all of us who still hold in close esteem, having new and regal OLD GLORY ordered and flying! May GOD continue to protect and bless these UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!!! I wholeheartedly recommend this location!

Best equip place to have your vehicle worked on. Fast friendly service. Very conscientious and thoughtful of your stay with drinks and a snack and nice lounge chairs even a table with chairs TVs in both areas with remotes a coffee anytime you want it. Everything they can think of to make the weight as nice as possible.

This is my 5th purchase from this dealership; with the first being in 2010. I have always been treated very well and my satisfaction has always seemed to be important. I have not meet Mr. Davis but apparently he is a great guy since the staff is the same as when Mr. Edding was the owner. The customer service of this dealership far exceeds any I have ever known.

What an incredible experience I had with the service department! Jason is outstanding to work with and has the best personality! He is truly a Davis man following in his fathers many years of working there! He Introduced me to Brian the service manager who is also very personable. I have never in my life had such a great experience having my car serviced. Great pricing for outstanding workmanship. I will be a loyal customer! Outstanding job!

I really appreciate the service department here. They're always super busy but take the time to explain what needs explaining and communicate clearly with me. Thank you Jason for being an all around standup guy and making sure I had the right vehicle to drive while my truck was in the shop.

Dalton helped us get into a vehicle that fit our budget and needs perfectly. It was nice to be helped without feeling like you were just hearing part of a sales pitch.After the test drive they made it so easy for us to sign the paperwork and be on our way in an hour! Best experience we ve ever had at a dealership with the best customer service!

my parents had to be put in a nursing home. This dealership bought back their GMC Enclave. We appreciated their courteousness that saved us from having to try and sell it via news adds, etc.

My wife and I have bought several vehicles from this dealership. Tyler Davis goes above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. The process was easy and they even delivered our vehicles to us as we live out of town. I highly recommend them as they are incredibly trustworthy and do the right thing for the client.

Yes I'm making a long review! But I have to thank these guys. I emailed them on a Sunday inquiring about 0% on a new model vehicle. Mr.davis himself emailed me THAT night to let me know the information he needed for my trade and he'd have someone contact me in the morning. Super surprised at that! So I emailed the info to them Monday morning and I called to see if they got it and the front desk lady transferred me to Dalton. Mr.davis had spoke with Dalton already and I gave him some more info so they could get started on my approval before I got there. When I got there my kids were being absolutely terrors but EVERYONE there still maintained there professionalism and composure. Front desk lady even gave them some cookies. Well I was unable to get the deal I wanted but I came in with a back up plan just incase and got the 2nd deal I was wanting. It did take a little more time then I would of liked but I play with my credit like my kids play with toys so I was just content. They gave me what I wanted for my trade so I didn't have any negative equity going to the new vehicle and set me with payments I wanted. I have no complaints and the utmost respect for this dealership! I was able to drive away in a 2020 buick enclave. Thank you to all involved in my sale and for tolerating my kids!

I am over 65 I've bought several cars in my lifetime this was the best experience buying a car I've ever had they gave me $3,000 more for my trade in than I was offered by another major dealer in Harrison .they gave me truthful information which I had not received from the other dealer they were very straightforward non pushy and gave me a real good deal. I had never traded with them before after living in Harrison for over 40 years sorry I hadn't traded with you before eddings. I spoke to the grandfather the son and Adam the grandson who sold me the car and they were all extremely professional respectful and honest. I was almost flabbergasted because of some other places I have been and did not receive that kind of service.

Big about out to Justen and Curt In the service department. Had my truck tow in on Monday and needed it back by the end of that day, cause I was heading back to New Orleans, the next morning. Justen went out of his way to take care of my wife and I and had us back on the road early afternoon. This was awesome service. I am truly grateful for what these people did, this was customer service at its best....

I was fortunate to have Traci as my sales rep! I bought a vehicle out of state and when I arrived to pick it up she was spot on in every way possible! The whole experience at Ben Eddings was above and beyond the norm of today. I would give this whole place a 5 star rating!

It's a great feeling to know your vehicle is being repaired by professional, certified technicians and at a very competitive rate. Great sales experience! Purchased a pre-owned Dodge that I found on Facebook marketplace (good idea!). Easiest car purchase I've ever made from start to finish. Car was clean, CarFax provided, and laid back atmosphere contributed to my decision to purchase from Ben Eddings. Ben himself even came over to make sure all went well and that we were satisfied. Old-fashioned service done right!See Travis McGeahy...he's polite, well-mannered, and was very familiar with the vehicle. He'll take care of you!

We were on vacation and coming from Top of the Rock , Missouri and our air conditioner went out. We were 8 miles from Harrison and I googled the closest GMC dealer and it took us to Eddings!!! It was 3:30 and we were at their mercy!! They were so nice and the young man helping us was the best!!! They had us fixed and back on the road by 5:15!!! Highly recommend!!!!
