Busy place. But the workers can multi-task, and there's always seems to be someone that could help you, at least every time I have been there. I received great assistance on my project in easy to understand words. Unless you're a gear-head like my brother, then they can talk lingo shop. I have seen them installing wipers for customers who can't. Code check for when the red engine light glows red. All a service that you really don't see anymore. I know that I don't point out the negatives... but in this case, there never seems to be one.

Great location in town, easy access in and out. Very clean and well stocked with inventory. Employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. The associate that helped me John Cross was very helpful and went out of his way to help me in need.

Employees were very helpful. One installed our brake lights in my daughter's car. The other gave her a crash course in how to use a new jack she received that was different from what she was familiar with.

Came in last night around 6:30-7pm to get a blinker light had a minor issue trying to get my light undone from my car to replace it and had to ask for help. Noah did an amazing job. Thank you for having such great employees!

What a darling!! All AutoZone locations I've visited over the years while at home or on road trips have treated me like a celebrity but Carla at this location outdid them all. From her hello until her goodbye, she was super friendly and knowledgeable and even taught me something! Great customer service and I wholeheartedly recommend this location.

I was totally prepared to need to replace my battery. I wouldn t know if I actually needed to or not. The young man tested my battery and I think alternator and showed me everything checked fine! I so appreciate their professionalism and courteous service.

We had a good experience this past weekpurchasing a battery. They price matched with another retailer when we mentioned we would look elsewhere. There is usually a wait time for customer service since they are usually so busy. Our customer service lady was very helpful.

My Jeep battery tested bad and needed replaced. Rob greeted me when I walked in, he went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle and provided the best price possible. I had the best customer service experience at the Harrison location! Thanks again!

It's always an argument when I know what I want. Having counter people tell my customers I of 30+ year experience don't know what I'm talking about. Just a nightmare whenever I need something from there.

Make sure, check twice before leaving, if you're getting an expensive part, that they have that part on your file. We bought a transmission 2-3 weeks ago with a year warranty, confirmed phone number and name over the phone, and they don't have it under our file. So now we're out 150+ for a part that's faulty. Plus more to get another one somewhere else. Never doing business here again.

Ok, so its been a while since I ve been but, I wanted to go ahead and let everyone know what a great job these guys do up here. Each time I go in I receive exceptional customer service and they go above and beyond my expectations. Ron B even dug through the garbage looking for my key fab buttons which I had sent flying, for me to find it precisely under my nose. It had blended right in with advertisements on the counter . Ron continued to be so nice we lol and then he even saved me some money afterwards on something else. LOL I so appreciate your loyalty to your customers. You guys deserve a nice lunch and Ron, cake and ice cream on top. My key Fab is working great BTW

If you like going to the parts store several times in one day this is the place for you! I cant remember a time when they gave me the part I needed the first time. Its fantastic. I get home go to put on my part like this time with the brake pads and they're always the wrong ones! Don't you worry when you go back they'll say it was your fault and give you the wrong parts again! Almost like a scavenger hunt trying to get the right parts. If you want to get what you need on the first visit this isn't the place for you, but what's the joy in that anyways am I right? I love being blamed for their stupidity and going back 4 times a day.

I wanna say that Karla is probly one of the best people I've delt with at this store. Super friendly and she goes out of the way for me everytime. I called the store about some parts and coolant, she had it all ready and parts ordered that I needed when I got there. Karla deserves 5 star rating and she is the reason I won't go to any other part store. Best experience by far

These people go the extra mile. They are helpful and knowledgeable. I know it's part of their job, but the gentleman that waited on me recently jumped at the opportunity to install my windshield wipers. Thanks for being consistently amazing.

I have done business with this Auto Zone since they opened. I just had to replace an alternator on my 96 Intrepid. They didn t have one, but had it the next day! Great job!

Best customer service I have ever had from a auto store! The manager and employee went up and beyond for me and my sister, we can not thank them enough for helping us, on Saturday May 1st, 2021 we had major battery problems and was a long way from our hometown in Oklahoma and they made sure they could get us what we needed and up and running safe! BIG THANK YOU!!! May God bless you all there.

Needed to replace an alternator. Called ahead to make sure they had it in stock, and they set it aside for us. This wasn't communitaced to the other staff, so when we showed up we thought we were out of luck because it wasn't in the system. However, the assistant manager, Jeff M. (who we think spoke with us on the phone) came to clarify and help. They lent us the tools we need, and after some time he (Jeff) came to check on how we were doing with the replacement. Without hesitation, he then worked diligently to help us finish the job without being asked! It was so appreciated. The rest of the staff was very friendly as well.
