I went to their storefront to fill a 30lb. tank. First off the fill station and the storefront are fairly far from each other. So there is a bit of walking involved to get your tank filled. They were also rude. I walked in asking about the process. They told me to go into the store and pay and then they would fill my tank. When I inquired about how they could bill me before they even filled the tank. They then replied well is your tank empty. I answered well in my experience propane tanks are not always empty by the same amount. So they filled my tank first and the total was $30.42 versus the $35 they would have just charged to fill an empty 30lb. I also inquired about the amount to fill and was told I could learn that once I got to the store. I walked across the lot to the store and paid. Was given a receipt that gave non of that info just a total. So then I had to leave the store and go back to the propane section and ask the same person I had asked earlier at the fill station. This whole time I was talked to and treated like I was being out of line by asking what a service entails and the price of it.

Called to get on the list for a refill of our tank. We were down to 45% and let them know it wasn't urgent for them to get out here, we only use propane for one heater. That was on Thursday, Sunday afternoon the truck showed up with a very pleasant lady driving it. Thank you for taking such good care of your customers.

Absolute WORST customer service from the driver! I called this company to fill our tank during the winter storm, said they couldn't get to us for 3 or so days; we were completley fine with that. We knew the drivers were busy. He finally called and was the RUDEST person I have ever talked to trying to set up a time that worked for him and for us to be here. He made it sound like it was such an inconvenience to fill our tank up and a waste of his time since we were new customers. I could go into greater detail of the rude comments he made and assumed about our household and tank. Just know to SEARCH A DIFFERENT COMPANY!

Anderson gas and propane is a great company to buy your propane from. It has been a learning curve for us trying to get the gas working in our new remodeled house. CJ has went above and beyond trying to troubleshoot to find out what is wrong. We will not buy our propane from anyone else. We highly recommend them.

The nicest young men came out to hook up our stove and Fireplace logs. They knew my husband was having surgery and wanted to make sure everything was working for when he got to come home. They stayed until after dark! Thank you so much for your hard work and kindness!!

I just want to thank Andersons for such quick response and great customer service! We were concerned about a slight smell of propane around our tank and they sent CJ out within a couple hours and resolved our problem! CJ was extremely professional, friendly and provided exceptional service! I have recommended Andersons in the past and will continue to do so! This was our first maintenance issue since we purchased our tank 6 years ago! So nice to deal with such great people!

Quick to come in an emergency and customer service is excellent. We live down a rough dirt road and that wasn't a problem for Anderson's though the company we used to use (Town & Country) issued us an order that we better get our road fixed 'or else'! Anderson's was also cheaper at the time we signed up. Have found no fault with these guys.

I put one star because I had too. Don't bother with this company, I had no propane. Called at around 2:30pm on a Saturday realizing this was my mistake but looking for human kindness and found none in Doug Anderson. He told me he could get to me in the morning when he was on his route. If the weather hadn't been a factor, I could almost understand. But, the cold front came through that night and it was down to 33 degree. Realizing it wasn't freezing, but in my house it might has well have been. He did not ask, if I had anywhere to go or if I had an elderly living in the home or if I had an illness, nothing. It sure wasn't his problem and still isn't. Very poor customer service, human kindness or worthiness!

Thank you for the excellent service. Jon and CJ were attentive to our requests and patient with my questions. We look forward to doing business with this company in the future and we will encourage others to do the same. Customer Service is VERY important

I have always had wonderful service. Doug has always worked with me and made sure I had propane in a timely manner. Doug and his staff have always gone out of their way to help their customers (at least this one). Recommend them highly.

friendly and always quick to respond, even when it's my fault for not checking my tanks and 'OMG I'm almost empty' on a weekend when near 0F temps are expected! very competitive rates, often less than others...great company, great service!

The owner is a wonderful person who has shown me much kindness and help in my worst time of my life and one of his employees is so great , there are still good ppl with caring hearts in this world and I believe this was my first time ever to have meet ppl like these ! I would recommend Anderson propane to anyone without a doubt ! It eas the worst time of my life loosing both parents and moved into the home they left me and Franklin knew how distraught I was and could tell that I was totally stupid about this propane stuff so he told me to not try to light pilot lights ect because I would blow myself up !!! He was very right and I've never met Doug , the owner , but feel as I know him he took care and found out I had bad leak , so they are just very great ppl ! Thanks Doug and Franklin , your a godsend !!!!!

Never buy gas here again. When I filled up my truck it starting messing up! Had to replace the fuel pump because of bad gas.
