We traveled almost 3 hours north for these rims & tires. I was totally shocked when I seen the shop situated on a country road but loved it instantly because we love small businesses! The owner, Brett, was very helpful & informative with my husband prior to us coming. He had the rims & tires ready to install when we got there. Only 1 guy working & we were done in an hour. We plan to do more business with them in the future!

Great service! From helping pick out a tire size to installation everything was smooth and easy. Brett was very knowledgeable on the tires needed for my truck and had the tires installed same day for a great price. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a new set of tires.

Very knowledgeable on what size tire is best for your vehicle. Best place around for tires, wheels, lift kits and more. Bret takes pride in his work. It shows in his shop, everything is clean and organized. Go see Bret and you will not be disappointed.

If you want the best, Brett is the best!! He always takes care of all of our tire needs, and has also helped out with accessories for my husbands work vehicles, I wouldn t trust anyone else!!

Had some squeaking noise coming from my husband s truck. Took it to Brett at Direct Customz for a diagnosis. He had us an answer within a few minutes. He doctored the front end up with what he had and is going to get parts ordered to fix the rest. We highly recommend him.
