Very good location with plenty of diesel fuel pumps and lots of parking space. Easy to back up in parking lots. Clean restrooms and showers are also clean and well maintained. In store coffee area little bit messy but overall good. Subway and Taco Bell are food options and staff is very friendly and professional. Country Pride restaurant looks permanently closed. Overall good location to spend 10 hours and getting fresh for Next Day Job.

Staff is nice. Not a lot of selection on chips, coffee like other stores, No straws or stirrers. No diet pepsi on fountain.The system for showers and such has not worked in three weeks but the ladies and gents at the desk take care of you. Showers need a total strip. Mold and mildew on walls, floors, and corners that could easily be taken care of with right cleaning supplies and elbow grease as it is built up now. Not what it used to be but do-able when you don't have a choice.Large rig parking. Pull in road is a mess. Concrete broken up and a very rough ride in for trucks.

Very nice people. My tech was A-1. Job was done, quickly and right. The guy at the desk was also very helpful. I felt like they really cared about get the job done right and getting me back on the road. Thank you guys so very much!

Guys worked fast. Very busy shop and had to wait for tire repair. Job openings are available.

This has to be the best TA truck service I ve been too. The mechanic the the job right the fiat time and did not dily daly around unlike what you see in most of the TA truck service. The lady at the front desk was also very nice and helpful and quick on the job

I got fuel and parked my truck right in front of the shop for five minutes. The TA shop throw me under the bus They call the towing company right in front of the truckstop and they come blocked my way and while I was in the truck they told me I have to pay them $400 or they will tow it so I had to buy a cop and take off of them calling the cops. You guys be careful there. They are gangs

Huge potholes at the pumps and lots of shallow and deep holes in the parking area. None of the pumps had cleaning brush for the windshield. Asked the employees, they were clueless !! From a respectful company you expect at least the minimum services, but this one failed.

Maybe after the rebuild. Expect a bomb site, like after the 52s lay carpet. Always crowded, always a hassle to get fuel, but soon it may be better.Probably not, but it'll be newer. Except the pavement, and entrance/exit to the place, and the dirt/dust.

I have literally watched this mechanic spend the past 2 hrs to change inside trailer tire.. Probably another hour to fix the mud flap.

One of the worst TA's I have been to. Subway was out of lettuce, meatball, steak, etc and Diesel fuel desk had one cashier with a bunch of hard working truckers waiting in line. I had to give back the Turkey leg I was about to purchase as the wait time was excruciatingly long. Poor management.I wish TA/Petro top management could visit any Loves Travel Center so as to learn and mimic their (Loves) Top Notch, Fabulous and Superb Customer Service Routine. I Doubt that!

We had an air leak caused by another shop, they changed the air dryer and we were still having the problem, so we suggest it's a bad air dryer. The mechanic first says he thinks we need a new compressor, but they'll do their checklist to make sure that's what the problem is first. The next morning we get back to the shop and the mechanic says it was a bad air dryer and we're good to go. We leave and the next morning we have a hard time building up air pressure but after about 15 minutes it's good, so we go on. The next morning it's the same thing, can't build up air pressure, but this time it takes is over an hour to get pressure built up in order to leave. We stop at a Freightliner dealer and they say the valve the TA didn't replace is pouring out air and there are unnecessary lines run and lines are backwards. It took the Freightliner dealer three hours to get us fixed back correctly, but thank God we've been rolling ever since, and that's been almost a week now.

Gas is high, some of the staff in the main convenient store are rude, talking to each other over talking to you.. The shop is excellent though for commercial vehicles.

This place has to be the worst TA I ve been too yet I give them five stars for busted broke not clean they re overachieving in the dump department

Went in 5/3/21 for a PM service and the mechanic was in a bad mood due to bad equipment and a mess left by other colleagues. Everything was smooth until he forgot to include a o ring on the fuel filter which cause my truck to shutoff at idle. Noticed the problem 3 hours away after I stopped. Was a annoying to have to get the truck back on and having to stop at another TA to borrow the tool and replace the filter.

My name is Thomas when I came to TA at 6:00am morning my appointment at 8:30am but as she said the mechanic not coming he is coming at 2:00pm and am waiting until 2:00pm. At 2:00pm am coming and get inside number 4 I said ok but he come back have no time to fixed your truck .they killing my time there is no respect

Pubic hair everywhere in the shower. The TA used to have the cleanest showers now I m finding more that don t clean at all just replace towels and done. So now they have the worst driver rewards on the road the highest prices.

Yesterday, in the middle of a severe storm, where there was a tornado watch/nearby a tornado warning, a severe thunderstorm warning, flash flood warnings, and the radar was all purple where we were (I didn t even know that purple on a radar was a thing! Apparently it s worse than red on a radar) the power went out. Not their fault.What was their fault is that they kicked everyone out but employees. I understand that they don t want people to steal, but the $6 movies, and $2 snacks are not worth people getting hurt. My fianc� and I were caught in that, and being from Ohio had nowhere to go. It was pitch black before the sun had even set.I guess that TA doesn t care too much about the safety of their patrons. Good news is that we didn t get hurt AND I learned never to go to a TA.So, thanks, I guess?

Set an appointment for 9:30 p.m. pulled up in the driveway at 9:30 p.m. and they called me on my phone to pull in for my d o t inspection the guy at the counter and the guy that was doing my inspection was very helpful.

If you've got time to kill, this is the place to come to. Want a tire changed? 3ish hours. Go up the road to the Loves and get that tire done right and fast.

Called in to make an appointment so it could be done quickly when I got there just a mud flap already waited an hour just for a mud flap it takes 20 minutes about the last one I got did that was a Bozeman's I think I'll stick to them from now on

Had a question about one of the tires on my trailer and stopped inside to ask about it, the people inside the shop were very helpful and the manager even came outside to look at the tire. Will definitely stop here again.

Place is a complete joke. Staff sit around chatting with each other rather then working and tell you they are all booked up but only 1 truck in shop

Horrible road side service!!! Gentlemen by the name of MR TOW JOE tried to sell me a $25 part for $125 We call that price gauging!! If this was my business I would be loosing money,He looks to get paid on the side.Shame on you Mr TOW JOE Truckers beware.
