Came in early on a Friday for engine misfiring. We were helped right away and found it to be a wiring/electric issue where the harness was loose. Reasonably priced and had us on our way in 20 minutes. Great service

Honesty should best a best practice in modern times, definitely because it spreads directly to integrity. That being said 'no work no pay' it is totally dishonest to charge for a service you did not perform. Using your equipment to restrict a persons Liberty is a breach of fundamental human rights and guaranteed constitutional privileges, and your partial colleagues sworn uphold law and order are only corrupted when they allow M&M to infringe upon constitutional rights for monetary gain. I speak on behalf of a brother who was delth with unfairly by M&M and a set of COPS.

Called Nick at M&M after trying Loves and T/A who both were a couple hours from being able to even come out. Was storming and pouring rain and the top of a tree had fallen into the roadway and had zero chance to avoid completely, broke the coupler off air tank for transmission, Nick was able to have me back on the repaired and back on the road in about an hour. Unfortunately it was at a cost but he was honest and it was raining and he was very efficient. Thanks for the great road side service and understanding $500

M&M towing was quick to respond and true to their word they were there 20-25 mins as they said I just neeeded a quick tow because I was stuck in mud due to heavy rains and they charged me well and did a quick pull. Worst company EVER!!! If it was up to me, this company would ve been SHUT DOWN with IMMEDIATE EFFECT!!!See the below of what was written by an KNUCKLEHEAD MONSTER from the company that goes by the name of M&M Wrecker Service!! DO NOT! AND I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR BUSINESS!!! Only reason why there s a star it s because I m not allowed to post without a star!!!! WORSTTTTTT EVERRR!!!!

I enjoyed my waiting time there, was getn my trailer repaired an was in & out..I love the atmosphere of Great customer service. I couldn't ask for anything different..I felt at home at their facility. but keep up the good work guys and God Bless

I am an otr trucker and I was broke down lon the side of the road. I called these guys and they said they wouldn't be able to help me because they were attending another more serious wreck. They gave me the number for another service. Then called back to see if I still need help. There needs to be more people that do this kind of customer service in the world. Kudos to you guys and checking up on me, thanks!

M & M was on and took the time to help get me home when my tire was fast. Dustin helped identify the issuse and stayed helping until he felt i would get home safe. Thanks again for the professional quality service I was provided

My three young boys and I were moving from Texas to Tennessee and unfortunately we became stranded in this town in the middle of the night! I was extremely terrified! When the tow came to help us I was still a little nervous. However, the gentleman saw how afraid we were at the situation we were in and he even offered to let us stay inside the building to sleep until they opened up the next morning.The next morning, we were able to talk with someone but they weren't able to find tires to fit the truck we were in (they were custom rims/tires). I wanted to cry but the owner and ENTIRE staff were just so kind to me and my boys I could only be thankful GOD placed us in their care.The owner saw the bad luck we were having and he offered to look in the nearby city for parts for the custom tire rim. His dad or uncle (not sure) even offered to drive us back to TEXAS if we had no luck in locating the part in nearby city! Luckily, the owner found the part that wasn't available anywhere. He returned, my tire came off, the price for ALL their help seemed so inexpensive and we were off once again!If I'm ever in this town again, I plan to use this company or even stop by to bring goodies! Thank you all so much!

Me and my husband are from Texas and on the way home on I-30 we had not 1 but 2 random blow outs. We were stuck in Prescott and searched for towing service and found M&M. They were quick to respond, very polite and the price was amazing. A really helpful, friendly and inviting gentlemen was sent from the company and I can t brag enough on how amazing Dustin is he s super professional, funny, nice and he honestly made the most stressful of situations so easy and carefree. Plus watching how he towed the car was like a work of art. Dustin is a treasure and my husband and i can t thank him enough for really coming through for us in a very stressful situation. It s great to meet someone with a positive and friendly spirit and demeanor. I would 1000 percent recommend the services here and just want to shout out a major THANK YOU DUSTIN!! Our travel trailer had an issue in Prescott on the way to Knoxville on a Saturday. I called and spoke to Dustin and he tried to help me find a mechanic. When we were unsuccessful, he towed us 120 miles to Conway to a repair center. He went out of his way to help us and did an incredible job of helping us out. Stranded at Prescott exit on I-30. Alternator went out and I made the call to M&M. They gave me prompt and courteous service and really went above and beyond. They are truly a great bunch!!! I look at the world a little different just by meeting them, truly blessed!

Donny with m and m wrecker service was a great help to us on a Sunday way out in the woods. He got there quickly and was very nice and skilled with his equipment. He charged a fair rate. We would definitely recommend this wrecker service.

Well I wasnt I'm pressed I was have trans miner trans problem. they picked it up not stickered by the police or nothing and finished off my transmission so i had to pay 480$ to get it out after 2 days and its costing me 1000 for a new transmission I'm not happy but if they touch my truck again with out me calling they will be prosecuted

Best guys ever. I have never worked with anybody so profession and caring people ever. I been in trucking business for over 13 years. I have been towed and had freight moved hundreds of times. I never experienced anything like this. This guys made my nightmare disappear. They came to my rescue to the Travel Center of America. (TA was supper rude and unhelpful.) When I called them and told them that I need my load shift because it was overweight, they told me to come on it and they'll help me out for a very low flat rate fee. (Like super low). Instead of waiting for me, they showed up at the TA and created a game plan. Keep in mind only minutes ago, I thought I'm going to lose thousands of dollars and time to move that 85,000 Mud Pump. As soon as I saw them analyzing the load, I knew I was in good hands. They escorted me to they yard, spend over 5 hours working on it. Made it right, offered me water, and even to take a shower and spend the night there because truck stop was fool and send me on my way. I AM GREATLY THANKFUL TO THEM. I TELL THIS STORY TO ANYBODY WHO IS WILLING TO LISTEN TO ME. I have never thought that somebody can be so helpful, fair and understanding. I OFFERED TO PAY FOR EXTRA WOOD THAT THEY USED AND THEY REFUSED TO TAKE THE MONEY. Guys, thank you very much for your help. I am forever grateful to you. Anvar

They are the BEST ever! The one to call when a driver can't make a turn and ends up with a flatbed load in the ditch or just simply broke down on the highway! Incredibly Honest with their pricing and friendly too! Thank you M & M for always being there!

Thank you so much for getting us back on the road on March 12. We were on our way home from southern Texas to Ohio, in our motorhome, when we noticed the voltage gauge dropping. After several phone calls resulting in businesses that wouldn t service our type of RV, or being booked up for several days, you saved us, saying come on over . The problem of a faulty alternator was diagnosed quickly, and after thinking we d have to wait a day for a new one to arrive, Donny located one nearby, and worked past normal hours to get us on the road. Everyone was very friendly and courteous, and the bill was very reasonable. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Would give them a negative star if I was able to stuck on the interstate disabled veteran retired medically from the Navy and these folks would NOT help us at all without full cash up front! We pay for roadside assistance through Geico and they would pay them in 2-3 days in FULL and he would NOT do it then had the audacity to insult me on the phone when I informed him that I was ashamed to have defended HIS FREEDOM with MY service!!!! Would NOT I repeat WOULD NOT!!!!!!!! Recommend using this company AT ALL!!!!!

These are very hard working and honest men, I found myself 100 yards down a muddy hill 3 feet away from dropping off of a 20 foot ledge into the river with a broken tie rod on my truck and no way to get it out of there. I called another wrecker service here local before calling these guys and got quoted a ridiculous price. I called m&m and they quoted me a price that sounded too good to be true due to the mess I had gotten myself into. The wrecker came and after about 3 hours of hard work in a very dangerous situation these men got my truck out of there and to my driveway at home, safely. This situation easily could of ended in death or my truck being submerged in the river, but these brave men did the job and did it for the price they quoted me. I honestly owe a large amount of gratitude to these guys for helping me out. They work hard and they deserve your buisness.

Man I just wanna say Dustin is the man for real he really helped us in our time of need this morning when I was stuck 3 hours away from where I live at so props to him!! I recommend anyone go to Dustin he will definitely make sure you are took care of

These guys has came out for me all times of the day and night at a minutes notice for my brake downs and tows!! Their mechanic skills are top notch and at a good price! I will be a customer of theirs from now on

This man helped me a ton. Lost 2 trailer rims and tires on a holiday weekend.. He helped me round up parts and fix my trailer so I could get back on the road.. Everyone there was nice as could be and helpful... These are good people !

They are a rip-off, they towed my truck for about a 1/4 of mile and charged me $500. Do not use them! They are liars... and will take advantage of you at any cost. I had another one of my trucks towed from Sweetwater to Abilene 43 miles and only cost me $300

They pull my car out but three days later I found out my trie rod was bent.I had to get it fix but the owner didn't pay me back for me getting it fix he only paid me back on my tire rod.Just know next time they will fix it.

They're rep off. I call them told to come to show not telling me the shope is close and they charge $100 to come see you pules over $80 an hour leber. They more TA which the otherwise of the highway.
