Had to have a joint welded on a trailer, The shop did not disclose that there was a 1 hour minimum and it cost $152.99 to weld a joint that cost me $20 on the same joint on another trailer. This shop does not have the best interest of owner operators in mind. They will price gouge if you let them.

Prices are high as giraffes nuts, $150 for 2 spot welds is highway robbery. Go elsewhere if possible

Ignore the bad reviews and give this guy s a Call they will fix your truck I was skeptical about the bad reviews but I gave them a Call and I am glad I did.I had a Turbo blow Out they came out assessed the problem got me towed to their shop and they started working on it right away. Their labor prices are fairAnd they are Nice people.

Avoid !my truck was losing power and I went in. That told me it was an injector. I had them replace it and the cost to replace one injector came to $2,000. But nothing changed on the truck. Same smoke same power loss and everything. The. They said that 3 more injector blew so I d have to do all of them to get my truck up($8k). I asked to close my truck and get out because everyone knows, if 3 injectors go bad at the same time, that truck won t even start. So I went to the TA, self diagnosed it , and found that it was the turbo. I took a cab to Texarkana, got the turbo , installed it MYSELF and a month later, my truck has done over 10k miles smooth. If my truck ever breaks down again at Carlton s doorstep, I m having a tow to the next shop.And the lady who picked my call was very rude. She hang up on me.

Jonathan is one of the genuine mechanics that knows mechanical issues in detail. He has most of the parts in stock, if not he has a chain of connection that delivers parts for him quickly. He is accessible, can reach him pretty much anytime. Make no mistake, don t throw your money at the TA truck stop across the street. Highly recommend if you happen to be around Prescott, AR. Thanks again for the fast and efficient repairs you did in my truck and trailer.

I cannot thank Jonathan enough. He is the kindest person and very personable. I called him 20 minutes after closing time and he was at the shop in no time. He made my daughter and I feel better about breaking down and even chatted with us. You re the BEST!!!

I called to replace an alternator. I had my own alternator w me. I Asked the guy on the phone how much. He said $95 hour. I told him it will take less than half hour and I ll pay what it is for labor time. He said ok. I arrived at the shop and the mechanic said there will be an extra after hour charge of $75. I said I don t wanna pay that for something I can do it myself. I left and the boss guy called me back I told him why I left and he told me go back to the abd it will be charge of hourly labor fee only. I went back job was done in 20 mins. They had a tricky way of charging credit card with exchanging text messages which let me sign before seeing the amount. They end up charging me minimum 1.5 hour plus $75 after hour fee and my bill came up to be $248 total. I called the boss guy back and he said I have 5 mins to pay or they will lock my truck. This was a real time tricking robbery. You do the math. Be careful and don t go there

Kenneth was great. Got me in and got my wheel seal replaced. The price was very fair. Will stop and use them again if I need something in this area for sure

Friday night after hours, Memorial Day weekend, trailer problems on I -30. Contacted Carlton Truck they meet us and fixed it immediately. Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them if you have problems.

A great service ,very knowledgeable, very reasonable pricing of parts and labor. Forget those negative comments, Jonathan and his crew are best in the area. Some Machanic in mcallen TX have screwed my engine doing overheads , and my engine was full of diesel mixed with oil , they helped me get back on the road very quickly, diagnosed, ordered parts, put them on my engine . I really appreciate their help... will sure use them again if possible.

Beware these guys will rip you off I m about to take them to court because they charged me 4000 dollars and didn t fix my truck I can t give the review I really want to give them they cost me a lot of money

Fantastic group of people at this business. This team is an example of genuine southern hospitality. Coming out of Texas had brake issues (on the trailer, but had them check tractor too), and the 5th wheel wouldn t slide. My husband was stuck for 2 days at the T/A because they had no diesel fuel.He was on the verge of running out of fuel. I (Im in Indiana)decided to check around for other options for him to get diesel. I called Carlton and spoke to KEN , he was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He to time to call the T/A to see what options they could give my husband. He called me and my husband was able to use the diesel pumps on the car side to get fuel. KEN was our guardian Angel !!! Thank you Ken , Sincerely Tad and Paula Eggleston.....

Had a flat tire on our trailer traveling to Texas. Was sent there he stayed open for us helped untie our load to get spare tire and put it on for 10 dollars. Then gave us a tie down strap and helped us toe the load down. Great aceService: TiresService: Tires

This is the best shop ever told them what was wrong and they got me in and out in a timely fashion was not to high at all service was great and wonderful they were not rude like most shops this is my number 1 spot to use now

By far the best shop I ve ever been too!!! Worked a hard 4 hours to fix my ac only charged me 1 and a half hours!!!! Not only are the prices good they have the best customer service!! I did not wanna leave!!!!!

This shop dont know nothing about mechanics. They just replace the parts , cant fix anything . They charge me $2000 and two days , they did nothing . Repair took 1 h and cost $50 . Higly not recomend this shop . They will just take money of your pocket

SHARES ALMOST 200 PARKING SPACES with a restaurant and a fuel station. [Told they will move across the street from the TA soon.]Didn't choose to do work here due to time constraints, however I came in asking for a new belt and was advised that it was my pulley. This is an honest mechanic looking to make a living selling you the parts you need. A dishonest mechanic would have sold me the belt and sent me on my way.

I had to go across the street to the TA to get the codes on my truck because carltons didn't have the machine to hook to my truck and then went back to carltons to see if it was something they can repair and the guy just told me it'll be a few hrs without even looking at the codes that was on my paper work.

I took my Expedited box truck to get repairs done on the box part of the truck that was in very bad condition I was pulled in so fast with no wait time The owner is very professional and straightforward and reasonable with the price I highly recommend this business

I only recommend that you ask first when call to solve your problem on weekends because they charge a minimum of two hours even if they do not solve your problem or if they solve it in 30 min they still charge a minimum of two hours of work.
