Complete rudeness, no transparency, didn't meet expectations. Asked what my issues were, having experience in vehicle maintenance and repair, as well as having an outside expert opinion before taking it to the shop. On the phone I was belittled and questioned before he even completed the diagnosis. I m still not even sure why he called at that point. David was an a** after that. He then went to fix his version of the issue without communicating. Charging me 3x the amount I could have done it myself. I would have been happy to pay his labor fee, but to overcharge, belittle, and be flat out rude was unneeded.

Had such a great experience. Owner evaluated my car in a quick and timely manner and established that it was a transmission issue. He was able to refer me to a transmission repair shop and gave me advice over phone. He did not charge me for looking at my car after working hours trying to find the problem. Very honest and would recommend this shop!Services: Transmission, Auto body & trim repair

Good, friendly mechanic service. Nothing fancy and the place looks exactly as it has the last 15 years, but David, the owner, does a great job of vehicle repair and his reputation is good for being honest and knowledgeable. He stays very busy!

I've been looking for a good honest mechanic. With David at J&B I found exactly what I was looking for. Brutally honest, knows his stuff, and charges the right price. I was beginning to think businesses like this didn't exist anymore.Davids price was honest beyond my expectations.I am planning on bringing every vehicle here for all my needs.

This shop is as honest as one can be. A shout out to David. He will not put a part on your vehicle it does not need. Fair estimates. Fantastic work ethics and mechanics are spot on!! All employees I've spoken with by phone or in person have been nice and respectful. Good turnaround times. Women are treated fairly ...not like you find often at other places. This company sets itself above competition by sheer truth, respect, great work, and are an asset to the industry. Thank you J & B Auto Repair...well done!!

I don't know enough about what I actually had done on my car to tell you(some cylinoid)but...David is one of the most incredibly nice people I've ever met. I will absolutely not take my car anywhere else. He's absolutely someone you can trust.

I didn t catch the guys name who helped but I was so impressed!! I called today with my problem, he had me come immediately, and I left in about 30 minutes. I had a small problem but he was more than happy to help and charged me fairly. I ve just moved back to the area and I m so happy I have somewhere I can trust when something bigger inevitably happens.

They are always professional honest and do what they say they will. His prices are reasonable as you get what you pay for. If he fixes it he will back it up. I would definitely recommend them.

I've called twice just trying to get in for a quick 5 min inspection on a 2020 corrolla so I can work my second job driving uber as a single mom to make ends meet, and twice have been told they do not have the time to help me! I think that is pretty ridiculous.

I called him and he told me that he doesn't do the kind of repair my car would need. He seemed to me to be a rough and unsociable man, bordering on rude.
