We are very pleased with our Cash for Cars experience. Sujay was polite/helpful/friendly. Also easy/quick process, good price, prompt responses to questions, easy/fast car tow. We would go this route again.

It was seamless. The folks on the front end scheduled my pick up, and helped me with Title information very patiently. The guy who came to pick up my car was very cheerful and friendly.

In today's complex world where everything takes forever and is usually confusing, the process of getting cash for my broken truck was simple talking to Mario on Friday and the Truck towed away and cash delivered the very next day. It took more time than expected. The questions were repetitive. The experience was good up until scheduling the pick up. 4 hour time blocks disrupted my entire day. The tow truck driver was a half hour later than he said he would be which caused me to be late to work. Plan on having either 8 am to noon or 1 pm to 5 pm available for the pick up.

Quick response and fair price was given for my totalled car. They picked the car up the next day and I was given a check when picked up.

Everything went very smoothly from beginning to end. Johney was very helpful when I called to inquire about the online offer. He answered all my questions and explained the process. He directly connected me to Jenison to move to the next step who was helpful and made sure I understood the process and checked to make sure all my questions and concerns were answered. I was then directly connected to Becky at Copart to discuss vehicle pick up date. It was nice to get everything accomplished in one call. Tow Driver called an hour before he was coming on pick up day. He was very nice and polite and right on time and had the check in hand. He did his paperwork took his pictures of vehicle and hooked up and was done in no time. I have to admit, I was skeptical at the beginning but everyone involved proved me wrong by their great customer service and keeping their word through the whole process. It was somewhat of a painful process submitting my information. I submitted it through the website, but then gave the same info via telephone not once, but twice.
