I had a good experience with them when I moved a couple of years ago. I'm surprised their rates haven't increased nut glad to see some consistency

John made it painless to reserve and pick up a uhaul trailer. We had a positive experience and I believe he did everything I could have hoped for and more.

Jon made a bad day a little better. We had several hiccups with out move, and when I had trouble checking the truck in and dropping it off, Jon was quick to come up to the store and help out and he isn t even the uhaul store we rented from!!!! I ll drive out of my way in the future to Poyen to rent and drop off from now on!!
