Hit a pothole and got two flat tires. The guys at this Plaza were extremely friendly and helpful! Even though they couldn't help me with one of the tires due to rim damage, they recommended a local welder to me that I was able to visit for the rim repair, and then another Plaza location helped me get the repaired rim/tire installed. Would 100% recommend this team as I feel they went above and beyond to help me out or help me find a solution!

stopped by without appointment as we were travelling through and had loud noise under car. they checked it out and fixed issue in a few minutes. and wouldn t even let me pay ! super nice guys!! very trustworthy !

People were very friendly! Very helpful! They got me in and started on my issue very fast! They double checked when they couldn t find anything at first. Thank you for not just throwing tire back together when nothing was found.

Everyone in the shop was very helpful! I had a very large surprise repair and the staff did everything to get me financed and back on the road! Highly recommend for all your tire needs!

I had originally took my car to another shop because my car was shaking while driving. The first shop said everything was fine (pictures clearly shows otherwise). When I called Plaza, The manager got us right in, he was very detailed, found this issue and fixed it! I m so thankful, my vehicle is safe now! THANK YOU PLAZA TIRE!!

Had a flat tire needed to be looked at to see if could be repaired. Arrived around 5:00 and they were helpful and said tired could be repaired. Was fixed and ready to leave around 5:30.

we are on a road trip and these awesome guys got us in and out in an hour! although they were super busy and it should have took longer, given the workload they had. they squeezed us in knowing that we had family we were trying to get to !! God bless these wonderful people!! and if you ever need car service please don t hesitate to go to these amazing guys!!! Thank you too JOSH and his wonderful team for your hard, quick, diligent and excellent service!!!! 10/10 highly recommend!!!!!!!

I had a positive experience with this location. Definitely felt like they knew what they were doing. In the past from Walmart I would have to drain almost half a quart of oil from the motor to bring it closer to where it needed to be. I will use these guys and gals again in the future thank you!

I called up there for them to mount and balance two tires that I brought they quoted me 10 a tire got there and it ended up being 50$ after tax worst service I ve gotten

Great customer service each and every time I have been there. The crew is helpful. On my most recent visit Don worked to find my slow leak and got me back on the road in no time. Highly recommended!

My tire repair was fine. I had to wait quite a long time which I understand that. But the one thing that I think was totally unacceptable was the condition of my car when it was delivered to me. The seat was covered with dirt, the steering wheel was so filthy. I had to get wet wipes out and wipe it down before I could even drive. I wish I had taken the time to go back in the store and show them how did condition was when I received my car .

I had issues with my back brakes on my tacoma and some parts were hard to locate. So it took longer than we expected due to having to order parts. John and the technicians were awesome with everything. I even got some parts at cost because of some of the wait time for the parts. Highly recommend!

Made a 10am appointment for my wife to get her oil changed and get her brakes serviced. They had the vehicle for 4.5 hours and called her to tell her that we would have to come back next Saturday because they are too busy. Wasted a whole day because they prioritized walk ins over appointments. Isn t that why we make appointments? So a working parent doesn t waste a whole day getting their vehicle serviced and come to find out it wasn t completed?

For years, Plaza Tire has been my go-to for vehicle needs/problems. Charles and the team go above and beyond, doing whatever it takes to get it done right. I always leave with a smile and a good feeling inside, knowing they ll take care of me next time also. Trustworthy, Excellent Service!!!
