This place is a rip off. They sell vehicles with warranties and don't honor them or help their clients. They take advantage of poor people with bad credit.

This place is terrible. They did not tell me my car had a wreck on it, my insurance company did. After about a month I had to buy a new battery. With my very first oil change I was informed I had a VERY bad oil leak from the back of my motor. I had to all but harass them to even look at it and claimed they fixed the problem for my oil change place to inform me it was still leaking, just not as badly. I couldn't get them to answer me after that. My front windows fell about 6 months in and when I went to look at them myself (I have limited auto mechanical knowledge) it looked like they JB welded the brakets that hold the window up together and they had busted back apart. The clamp that holds my catalytic converter to the turbo was missing the bolt so I had to temporarily put a wire tie in to hold that. There's more but needless to say you should never purchase a vehicle from here. They jerry rig the vehicles to sell them 'as is' so they're not liable and get people in need, who won't be able to sue them, to buy them to eventually break down on that person. I know a few people who have made the mistake of purchasing from here. Don't be their next victim.

This place is a joke got a suv from them a month ago and now i need the title to get tags and they dont know were it is at never i mean never will i buy from them again

I recommend anyone in ned of a vehicle to visit Arkansas Autorama. The sales staff is wondferful to work with.
