This place is a joke. I never received my first bill. They won't answer the phone, ever. Called at 4:25 and a recording said they closed at 4:50. Hour long hold just trying to get someone to send my bill. Still no answer. I guess they don't want my money. Impossible to get a hold of.

My garbage has not been picked up since December 13, 2023. I have had an obstruction moved and talked with multiple people; human, A.I., and chatted online, listened to a baby crying in the background of a worker who works from home and YET!! MY GARBAGE HAS NOT BEEN PICKED UP. HOW LONG MUST I WAIT?

They claimed they "serviced" me by driving past my container because the lid has been blown open by big rigs driving by at 60 mph.Once in 3 weeks my trash was actually picked up, and littered about the highway!They should be whipped for their blatant misuse of the word "service".

The WM associate was driving sooo fast an beingvthat today is a holiday he did not blow his horn to notify the neighborhood or anything today is a new holiday in which we were unaware of the schedule. The associate had the opportunity to p I k up but he simply drove by us looking at him drive down on the block over!

My Mom is 87 years old and lives in a small town. We used this company to remove debris and old items from her home. When using this company please read the contract. They damaged to my Moms driveway was horrendous upon pickup of the debris . The Truck got stuck in the ditch and the part that was on the driveway broke up the concrete. They will not take responsibility for destroying her property. I will not use aw waste nor recommend this company to anyone . Please see contract below Customer agrees to defend, hold harmless and indemnify Contractor against all claims, lawsuits and any other liability of injury to persons or damage to property or the environment connected with the use of the equipment by the Customer or breach of any warranty by the Customer.
