The salesmen, finance person, and others were awesome! No pressure at all! Very knowledgeable about their vehicles. I took my car in and explained what was going on. John listened and said he would call when they knew what was happening. He called explained the situation and the costs and that the parts would be over nighted. My car was ready the next day. A very pleasant surprise. I was expecting the next week. I would recommend Welch Nissan in Pine Bluff to anyone. I am a very satisfied customer.

Inspect your vehicle after their repairs and body shop! Had a insurance claim and GEICO chose Welch. Never installed new splash guard, and left a shattered wheel well guard. Even a brand new employee would of seen the shattered plastic hanging under car. Never again using them.

I live 4 hours from the Pine Bluff, Arkansas dealership and the entire purchasing process was conducted online. Greg, the sales consultant, went above and beyond to make sure the whole experience was perfect. Not only did he arrange an incredible offer but the final pickup transaction was simple and stress free.

The employees in the service department are great! I never feel like I'm being talked down to. The work that is done on my truck is always done right the first time. When I'm waiting for my vehicle, someone is always updating me or asking if I need anything. Very nice service!

I contacted Bart Freeman and told him what I was looking for and he went right to work. After my financing was approved he connected me with Daniel who was very knowledgeable and informative regarding the specs on my SUV. He was extremely patient and helpful. Jack Sherrill completed the finance paperwork in a very timely manner and I was not stuck at the dealership for a long time at all. Thank you Welch Nissan team for making my experience wonderful!!

Was scheduled for oil change and tire rotation. The staff greeted me when I arrived and they started working on it soon after. They were great to let me the the process of the work and if I needed anything changed. My question were answered to my understanding. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

The sales consultant was very kind exceeded my expectations to continue through with the purchase of my vehicle. However I requested to use a certain bank and that did not happen. Like most of the Nissan companies I went to the sticker sales price is never actually the same its always an extra 3 to 6 thousand extra at purchase. I do not like the fact that they requested a down payment before showing the full detail of the purchase and the price agreed monthly jumped from one price to an extra $47 because an extended warranty was squeezed into the financing and I did not request it. When finally showing the detailed purchase (which was last) my guest that I brought with me to help me understand everything was told not to come with me to the sales finance office and that was a problem for me as well because why exclude someone I brought in to help me. When I called to cancel the sales finance manager did not want me to cancel right away nor was my cancellation paperwork sent over to the warranty company and I had to process my paperwork myself. I had to hire an attorney to explain my concern and put on standby in case I have any further problems to cancel the extended warranty, because if they didn't want to cancel it who knows how long it will be before the money is actually sent back to the financing bank. Overall experience has added more stress to my purchase. But I absolutely love the car I purchased.

I was extremely pleased and surprised that I was in and out in about half an hour. That is the first time in 5 years. Usually it takes twice as long for an oil change with an appointment. . Their time on this service was excellent and I hope it continues to be the way they do business.

Never use their body shop!!! Took them 2 months to fix my car and then didn't even do the job right. Bumper keeps popping out of place and then they said they did an alignment and never did!!! We had to bring it back for them to do it. Claims he was confused. They would tell me my car would be done in a few days, then a few more days, then waiting on another part. Going to be a few more day. Hopefully it will be done this week. Week after week I heard this. Claim they couldn't find parts to finish my car. Never called me to update me on progress of the repairs. Never called me back.. If I could give negative stars I would!!!! Don't let your insurance company have you go here. Find another place or you will be without a car for months!!!

My routine car service + tire rotation was performed in a timely manner. The cost is very reasonable. The gentleman informed me of what was done and any issues they found. The whole process was simple and straightforward.

I highly recommend against buying from Nissan in Pine Bluff AR. They have had my car at their shop for over 3 months. Whenever I inquire about the car they always say, we just ordered another part. Really? Why not order all the parts at once instead of ordering one part every 3 weeks. This has gotten out of hand. I've even called and left multiple messages but still no one called me back.Listen, if your insurance company recommends this place for getting your car repaired, please take it upon yourself to find a more reputable company. This is pathetic. If my car wasn't in pieces at their shop, I would literally have it sent some place else.

I went into the pine bluff location just looking and seeing what deals they had going on at the time , Mr. Greg greeted me with a smile and provided me with all the information that was needed. He was such a great salesman I was able to walk away with a brand new car. He took his time and explained every details about the car that he could think of that may help me in the long run. He was nothing but the best . Thanks again !

I normally get my oil changed on a Saturday because I live an hour from Welch's. When I called to schedule an appointment I learned they were closed on Saturdays right now due to COVID. The only day I was off, the service department was booked solid, but they bent over backwards to get me in. They were friendly, quick, and efficient. Thanks Welch Nissan!

Welch was able to get me into a good vehicle on financial terms that fit my budget. The vehicle does have a couple of issues but they are making that right. I am thankful that Welch was able to help during a time when I needed it the most.

It was done extremely fast. I was surprised how fast I got in and out of there. I did have an appointment. I was told how to save money and the service manager signed me up for the money saving offers. Everything was great!

I was met with friendly Customer Service Representatives who not only performed great services to my vehicle but the friendly environment was great. My appointment was scheduled for 10:00 and I was serviced a few minutes before 10:00. I would like to say thank you for such great service.

I purchased my first base model Rogue from Greg James in 2017. I loved it so much that I came back to him this year to upgrade to a 2020 Rogue! Please do not take your vehicle to Welch Nissan body shop, it is absolutely horrible. I brought in my 2021 4 runner to get two scratches removed and a tail light replaced. It took almost two weeks for the repair to be done, the Manager constantly lied like it will be ready the next day and it wasn't. When I picked the vehicle up it had more scratches than before on the bumper. The employees are not professional at all they didn't even ask could they fix the problem. They just came out yelling and screaming and called the police instead of fixing the vehicle properly.

The shop was busy but still made time to make sure I was taken care of. They got me in within a couple days of calling to schedule a service. It was done quick and I drove off the lot with a clean inspection, vacuumed floor boards, and peace of mind.
