I ordered two trailer tires from Wal Mart .com Went to have them put on and was told to pull around back and take my own wheels off and Id have to put them back on. They just mount the tires. I've never heard of any place doing this. I left and went to another tire store and got them changed.

Likely the worst experience I've had calling a Wal-Mart Auto Department. The lady that answered the phone was extremely rude. I called to ask if they had 2 tires in stock.Me: HelloLady: Hi (sounding irritated that I would call and ask a question)Me: I need to know if you have 2 tires in stock.Lady: Loud sighMe: Silent, waiting for her to ask what type, etc.Lady: What do you need? You stopped talking? (in an irritated voice)Me: I need two Douglas...(Not waiting for me to finish, interrupts)Lady: I will need the size (sounding exasperated)Me: Yes, I have the size. Two Douglas All Season 215/60 r16Lady: Silent...yells at someone...comes back and said..We have them.Me: Tha...Lady: Hangs up on me.I would rather pay more and buy my tires elsewhere. You just lost a sale.

Tire service is actually the best price in local area I actually called 3 other tire places and WALMART tire center beat every price

Very poor experience starting w/ young gentleman that checked my vehicle in. Acted as if I was bothering him by asking basic questions on process details. Then after returning to pick up vehicle, they told me service was cancelled bc they didn't have the tool to take oil plug out. Fine, but why not let me know so I don't waste an hour. They had my # so just an overall terrible experience. Lady at checkout who broke the bad news was super pleasant. Only redeeming part of the WM experience that day

Walmart Automotive provided me with excellent, friendly, expert service yesterday in the last 30 minutes of their work day. I really appreciated it. Everyone from the young lady who started my ticket in the parking lot to Andrew, the manager, was top notch. Good job, guys. I appreciated it bc my tire was shredded. There was no way I could have made it home to Dumas. This makes twice this year you guys have saved the day. Keep up the good work!

I'm not really happy at all with our Walmart. Seems like they just get people to fill slots. Store is in disarray, shelves are not stocked well. Things are just all over.Most of this is NOT because of employees but careless and inconsiderate shoppers.

I went to get four new tires that I purchased during the Black Friday sale. I was told I would receive a call once the tires were in (I had to preorder them because they were out of stock). I placed the order on 12/1/19 and here it is 12/28/19 but I still hadn't received a call. So I called them and they were understanding and didn't give me attitude. I got my tires placed on there for the same price I paid almost a month before. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. They answered questions I had and I was allowed to watch them put the new tires on (from the gate). Thank you for the crew that worked on my dude (car).

I had a new tire put on my rim I brought in,I went out to check it was ready, I didn't get a text or call . THE YOUNG MAN ASK ME DID I NEED HELP,I SAID MY TIRE HE TOLD ME THAT I CAN ROLL MY TIRE TO THE CAR,I TOLD HIM I COULDN'T LIFT HE LEFT,DIDN'T HELP ME

Went to get an oil change only one car ahead of me and the worker sat there and gossiped with this customer for at least 10 mins before she even checked them in for oil change and i was sitting there getting very impatient. So she finally check her in but continued to hold a conversation with this customer so after after about 10 more minutes of this I left.... Very unprofessional

The employee, EJ, was extremely obnoxious to me on a previous visit. A little manager promised to handle the situation and would contact me regarding a discount, never heard from him again. This visit wasn't pleasant either. The manager walking around appeared to not want to be bothered by the way he was talking to other customers, so I didn't address my issue/ concerns with him either. I just purchased my tires and left. Besides Ericka (who is awesome and works hard to take care of customers and assist co-workers), I would say my last three visits to the Wal-Mart in Pine Bluff AR has been horrible. I thought about writing to the corporate office, but feels it would probably not do any good. As always, I will continue to use Walmart regardless.

There is a wonderful lady named Erica who was absolutely the best at customer service. She went above and beyond to see that our service was done right and corrected the errors that were done through miscommunication with the lube guys. Her superiors should know that she worked harder to resolve the issue than anyone I have ever seen. Job well done! Thanks for having people like Erica in your employ!

We were traveling through and had a flat. We called and Cedric was very nice, checked to make sure he had the tire we needed in stock before he told us to come and gave me a price, this part was very professional.When it was time to check out Katherine (i believe was the ladys name) was VERY RUDE. She was explaining the tire recall information and I had a question about it, she then talked to me like I was a 2 year old child the rest of the time.The next day the same tire is flat again. Come to find out they didnt replace our valve stem (standard procedure when changing a tire). At this point were stranded miles from a town. Just because they didnt replace the valve stem. We spent hours of time that we didnt need to. We could have paid the extra money to replace it if someone would have just told us it needed it.After getting back on the road, I called and spoke to a supervisor to let them know the above story. I cant remeber her name but she was apologetic and took my information and stated she was going to have the auto manager call me so i could let him know the story.No return call in a month. EPIC FAIL for your traveling customers. Ill be sure to mention on traveling blogs not to visit this walmart.

Went to this place two weeks ago to get tires for my Jeep they only had one brand that they had a full set of. Went back to get a set on my truck same thing again and same brand. This time I left without them. Looked for a spare tire cover. Don't sell them. Don't sell wheelbarrows either. I'll be shopping at Amazon from now on.

Most of the staff was Very rude to me. The person that finally came to help me for a refund for tires that didn't come in since November 9,2020 was considerate and apologetic. It's not hard to be nice. Most workers did not have on masks or wearing them appropriately.

Fast service! I parked our car for oil change then walked to the front of store to get a few items. Soon as I got up front they texted me that it was done. Very fast!!

Never have what you need. They tell you 30 mins and 3 hours later... You see your vehicle still not finished but everyone in the place is standing around. Only reason give 2 stars cuz the lady at the register is so nice!

Had 4 tires mounted and balanced by Walmart on 8-26-2019. Then on the 27th I found myself at Roberts Brother's getting all 4 tires rebalanced since my car was shaking while driving down the interstate after leaving Walmart. I also had to have them replace the TPMS sensor that Walmart broke. Additionally, they informed me that Walmart had installed one of my directional tires BACKWARDS. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, I know I will be from now on.

The care center has decent techs employed there. If you're looking to maintain the GENERAL upkeep of your vehicle, this is a conventional place to go for that.

Went in for an oil change and to have my front right tire checked due to low pressure. Tire service tech refused to do anything with it due to "dry rot". The tire is under two years old and the car has never sat still longer than 18 hours. There has never and will never be dry rot on any of my tires.
