I've heard for many years that Tucker's is the cleanest, most well organized transmission shop around. Now I am a believer and it's even better than that. I made an appointment for a complete transmission fluid transfer and transfer case fluid change for 9am. Drove 80 miles and arrived at 8:45. My truck went on the lift at 9:00! So far, so good. Settled down in the nice clean waiting room prepared to spend the rest of the morning. HOWEVER, after a friendly shop tour I was back on the road at 10am! I'd recommend this shop to anyone. For all my future needs I will go nowhere else. Well worth the drive!Service: Transmission

They were very helpful even though the problem was not in the transmission. They put it in their rack and washed off the oil. They even helped in looking for the leak...at no charge. They had put a new transmission in the van last year and was equally helpful at that time.

The best in pine bluff Arkansas staff very nice and friendly. Shop is so clean you can just lay on the floor and your clothes still will be clean.

Highly recommend! We had the transmissions in both of our vehicles go out within a week of each other. Tucker's had complete rebuilds on both vehicles done within three days and were so helpful and informative every step of the way. Great people and superb work!

Best place to go in Pine Bluff, they fix what's needs to be fix with out adding alot of extra stuff on to run your bill up they will also point out anything else that they see wrong and they insure their work not to mention that they are fast I've never had a vehicle that has not been returned within a day's time that includes a partial rebuild

This is a First Class operation with very knowledgeable service techs. I had a transmission overhauled and the turnaround time was very fast.
