The staff was rude and unhelpful, make sure you wear combat boots and bring some snake repellent if you come here

I visited across the street. To the muffler shop not smiths. But I guess being so close it puts this as smiths. Josh is awesome and so is James. Got me going back on the road and even took care of my dads truck. Thanks you guys

Broke down outside conway. Super fast , friendly, and went the extra mile. We only use Smith wrecking.

My husband was traveling and 6 hours from home when his truck broke down. I called J.D. Smith Wrecking and the gentleman I spoke to was so kind. They dispatched a unit to tow my husband's truck, and even took him to him to the hotel. To my pleasant surprise, it ended up costing less than I was originally quoted as well. Thanks very much for your courteous and prompt service....I would highly recommend them to anyone!

The neighbor kids finished pulling my back light cover off broke into pieces. I was lead to stop here.The gentleman was able to order my light. Pick it up Wednesday. Thank you so much

Car broke down on the interstate. And after being stranded over night and dealing with the passing snow storm. They towed my car to dealership and picked me up from hotel. I truly appreciated. Not from here and they were nice amd understanding.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

always able to find out if he has the part I'm looking for, which is saying something because there's a lot of vehicles around his place, his workers will help you get the part off, and he's reasonably priced.

Expensive!! Tight and crowded! I dented the door on my BMW because the gate was not opened completely my husband lost his drivers license after taking it out to identify himself. We went back to see if he left it at the office but it was nowhere to be found.

Needed a reservoir cap for my van and lo and behold, this salvage yard provided what I needed.All I had to do was pick, pull and pay!!!

J.D. Smith himself is very rude.. every time I go there he refuses to help with anything.. decent prices but TERRIBLE customer service. I would rather deal with Stephens auto salvage.. honestly if there was a 0 star rating that's what I'd choose..also time listing says he closes at 5.. I called just the other day and he closed at 3. Has no newer vehicles

these people are the most racist ppl i ever dealt with. the low ball u very mich for the value of your car. i recommend if you are trying to sell your car , not to deal with these ppl at all.

They are trying to soak me for $$$, sold the car, dealer sold the car, auction sold it, and I'm betting these scammers bought it and abandoned it only to tow and store it so they can charge me, SCAMMERS, BE CAREFUL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!

THEY RECOVERED MY HONDA ODYSSEY MINIVAN BUT SOMEHOW ALLOWED THE WHEELS & TIRES TO BE "STOLEN" OFF THE VEHICLE.,. I HAVE TO REPLACE THEM TO MOVE THE VEHICLE.,. TAKES TIME TO FIND THESE ITEMS.,. BUT I WILL.,.
