Went in for a wheel alignment on my vehicle, it took 20 minutes to complete the service. It s kinda surprising because alignments take a bit longer, didn t receive a print out of adjustments or how much was corrected. That leads to question if the service was done.

Paid 3 times within one year for the alignment of my tahoe only to hear them blame the NEW tires date. Poor respect for its community in these days of time.

They were quick to get my car in on a days notice. The new set of Cooper Endeavors they installed and the alignment they performed has my 2017 Corolla riding like a dream. Thank you Roberts Brothers for excellent and fast customer care!!

Coming fom out of town, we weren't sure how we would be received. Fortunately, they took our car in right away. They have an indoor waiting room with seating, tables, coffee and television. A couple of vending machines can provide snacks or soda/ water. Restr9oms are also avaulable for use. They have a warehouse full of tires, and you can buy new car batteries and windshield wipers.

My wife and I had a tire emergency while out of town. Lucky for us we were close to Roberts Brothers. Despite the fact that we were there just before closing time and we were just passing through, the staff was very helpful and got us on our way again without a hitch. We will always be grateful for their professional and courteous service!Service: Tires

I drive a semi and caught a flat in Little Rock on my trailer and Jeremy an employee there came right on fixed it in no time Great job they always get me right

Needed a tire, only place open during pandemic, only had one tire option the size and speed rating needed, but got in and out pretty quick. Have had no issues with tire and price wasn't bad, just wish I had more name brand options, never heard of brand I ended up with

Every experience I've ever had here has been nothing but the best. They have came to my house twice to take the tire off of my car and and they always treat me with such respect. The office crew is always great and I never have to wait long at all.

Very unprofessional! I went there yesterday to get rims and tires put on. Some guy had a stinky attitude and I was talking to the lady doing my receipt. He said " if he wants that done to his vehicle you can just give his keys back to him. It wasn't anything that the other tire shop's don't do as well. If he didn't he could have just said we don't do that here sir. Then I was told by this other guy he would do my alignment. He took it to the back and came to me saying g I needed this and that and it would cost over $ 2,000.00. This is not my first rodeo so I declined that and told them I would have my mechanic look at it. The rude guy go gets my truck from the back and drives around the front real fast and give me my keys and say we're not doing your alignment nor your rims and tires. He then began to walk away. I had to stop and ask him why and what was wrong his excuse was I don't want to do it and mess up and have to pay for any of it. So I took my services to Wholesale Tire on Dollar way Road and had my rims and tires put on there with no problem. Service there was GREAT!

You know, I have thought long and hard about giving this review. I recently replaced most of the steering components because they had worn. Well, I also had it checked back in another state that does very detailed inspections for licensure as well as a local shop who is known for their work on Powerstrokes. Because ball joints are a known weak spot of this particular truck I made sure to have them all test. All said they were fine.This shop was recommended to me by five different people for alignments and not being from around here I m told that it s really difficult to find a good shop. I drop the truck and get a phone call 20 minutes later that my ball joints are shot and they re not going to do an alignment without me replacing them at cost of $1000.So, I come get the truck,they were nice enough, and took it directly back to a master mechanic friend who s sole job a while back was maintaining a fleet of 7.3 diesel s. What disturbs me is he checked the ball joints and also and found them to be within spec. What disturbs me more is then, just out of thoroughness, took it to not one but two dealers and they checked and it was also within spec.... and if anybody wants to spend your money it s a dealer...I hate to say it about a shop that has a good reputation, but I don t know another conclusion besides the fact that they were trying to take me for a ride because I ve never been there before and it s a known wear issue with these trucks. I hear they do good work but be darn cautious. I just about got taken for $1000 that didn t need to be done. I m sure they may get on here and try to defend themselves but you tried to screw me.

Service was uper slow. We waited too long to get serviced for a simple oil change. My husband got really impatient, so we got up and left after waiting more than an hour.

This is my new tire after driving for 1000 miles or so after getting this crummy business do the alignment. NO good mechanics in pine bluff obviously. This is just sad... I have 5 kids and they let me drive off without actually fixing what I paid them for! There is wire showing on my tire after the trip I made and this is unacceptable, they should be buying me 2 new tires but I guess they expect me to... TERRIBLE business.

This place is a joke took off work had a appointment for alignement got there took them 5 min to tell me they couldn t align it and then proceeded to charge me for not being able to align it took it to a different shop 30 min after being at Roberts brothers and they told aligned it within 15 min and gave me a spec sheet with it this shop is not recommended

A 15 minute tire repair to over an hour. Watching them work was pain full. I have seen my grandmother move faster. Sad won't be back.
