my experience with Red Dot Storage Auctions top notch! Jamie the young lady that assisted me was very professional and very nice. She went out of her way to help me and I appreciate her professionalism! I love being able to take care of it all online instead of searching for an office to pay for the unit. I look forward to working with Jamie and Red Dot again!!

On the very first day of renting a unit, I was experiencing problems with my access code to get in the gate and spoke with a gentleman on the next day, who was very courteous and assisted me in gaining access by assigning me a temporary code because he claims several people are having issues. Today is 06/07/2023, I received a text notifying me that my access code had reverted back to the original code however when I tried accessing today it did not work. Now I m sitting out front after driving 25 miles to put items in garage and can t get in. This is very upsetting to me. I wish someone would explain to me what is going on!!!!

I was not expecting a $29.00 unit to equal to $57. It took me about 3 tries going back & forth adding $ to my card until it all worked out enough. The staff over the phone were extremely helpful. I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to rent another one also but I will cross that bridge when I come to it.Thank you

It's cheap. But if you have ANY issues after 7pm. You are screwed. Their gate not opening during normal business hours(but after customer service closed) is costing me an additional $250 for movers to come back the drop my things off. When I informed them of their mistake, the agreed to credit my account for $15 on the next bill. I immediately cancelled. And I'm strongly considering taking them to small claims court.

Went through the most frustrating experience I ve had in years trying to get a covered storage for a 38 motor home at the Red Dot storage on Commerce dr Pine Bluff Ar. After calling their provided number I agreed to rent a 40 covered space. I drove to the facility. There was a office on the lot but no one answered the door. No local number provided. The gate was open, unsecured, so I walked in. I called the Red Dot number and was told there was a 40 available. I provided my credit card number and was told the unit number. That unit did not exist. They don t even have 40 storage units. The lady on the phone kept arguing with me about the unit. Finally got disconnected or hung up on. After three more phone calls to people that don t seem to care about the hassle I ve been through I got my cc reimbursed. Place is unsecured. I wouldn t store a lawnmower there. +++++ 4/1/21 update. Now I m getting notices to pay for my account I don t have. What a bunch of idiots!!!

My experience at the Red Dot Storage hasn't been favorable. The kiosk in Pine Bluff is not working properly. The machine would not accept a credit card. I was unable to speak with a customer service representative at that time. When I finally spoke with a C S Rep about the malfunctioning kiosk on July 6 my account had already been charged a $10.00 late fee. She informed me that there would not be a maintenance person on sight until the following day.

The experiences that I have had with Red Dot, so far has been good. I can't remember the representatives name that I spoke with, but they were very helpful with what I needed done. But I'm sure there is a record of the individuals I spoke with. I hope to have more good experiences in the future. Thank You.

This storage company really don't even deserve a star!!! I use two storage facilities by Red dot both units was broken into the same way? When you apply for a unit with this company that ask you what kind of valuables will you be storing in the unit!!!I called the police for a report and he said this is a normal stop for him at red dot storage! I did get a call or text to let me know my unit was broke in I was just going by to pay my bill and decided to look at my unit

This is the worst storage facility I have experienced !!! It looks ok and it looks like you valuables would be safe please believe you are in for a surprise and it will not be no one on site to help you and hate is left open often ! Customer service half the time you have to repeat your self to customer service! Customer service didn't guide me with proper steps or education when my units was broken into ! Both times

Someone broke into my storage and they didn't notify me until a month later is when I saw the email...smh! Very disappointed No phone call or nothing! Do not store valuable things here!! They will break in and steal! Zero from me!

Conventional for busy people because its accessible 24/7. Easy to find storage unit and great customer service representative if you need assistance with anything.

Poor quality service I have complained about a light being out over my unit still not fixed after two years. But they want that payment on time.
