I was super impressed at the speed of the work for everything I had done! I had my tires rotated, a low beam headlight bulb replaced, an oil change, and a system inspection and it only took about an hour! Not to mention they even noticed that my washer fluid was really low and topped it off! Destiany was great and super helpful in breaking down the costs of parts and labor. I will be a return customer from here on out!

Kimberly was most helpful and awesome today. Her and Destiny were very friendly with smiling faces. I won t go anywhere else for oil changes as long as there are great folks like them working there.

I took my Mustang to get serviced at Trotter Quick Lane. It was a good experience. I got the works and also got a tire balance, wheel alignment, and radiator flush it was all done in a timely fashion. The quick lane here is amazing. I truly appreciate all the customer service they ve offered since I ve been getting my truck serviced. Truly If you re in pine bluff this the place!

Add 20-25% in "shop fees" to any quote! I was quoted $186 for a coolant flush, and made sure that included everything, "coolant and labor." Cost of coolant is only about $40, but since I needed it done fast, I went ahead. Fast forward to a $244 bill! Chase pointed out that the government needs their cut (twice), so I asked how much in taxes... 10%. That's only ~$20, NOT $58. They added $36 in "shop fees" to the price I was quoted. Same deal on a tire rotation. That is NOT okay. Won't be going back to Trotter Ford for vehicle servicing at those prices and deceptive quoting.

I went in this morning to get a transmission flush and my truck was taken in minutes after sitting down. Excellent service in an amazingly timely fashion. I look forward to working with them and having them service my truck for many years to come. Not to mention my truck was washed and vacuumed before returning to me. I was very surprised. Thank you trotter ford.

My F-150 was vandalized overnight while parked in the Trotter Ford lot. I now have to pay $500.00 deductible to have my truck repaired. Thanks Trotter Ford. Don't look for to ever do business with you again!!

Great walk in service. I prefer to be shown worn parts and thier new replacements before the service and a full itemized detail of all work done to vehicle. Not just sit for 2 hours and then be told the car is ready heres the price.

I came here to get my tires filled up real quick while on a long road trip. They not only filled them up right away, they also washed my car! This made such a huge difference for me and I appreciate their help!
