What good is a parts store if they don t carry all the parts. Hell I can order my parts online cheaper with free shipping. I thought the $15 was to get it overnight not 3 or 4 days from the time of purchase. I won t shop at any parts store in Pine Bluff.

For an O'Reily this place has an amazing atmosphere. Like most people when I walk in here I am not in the best mood because something is either messed up or on the verge of messing up. They always have an aura of happiness and crack jokes with their fellow coworkers. This places me in a better mood than when I entered. They are also quite knowledgeable about what you need even when given vague descriptions. Even if you don't know what is wrong, they will.

Good quality auto parts at reasonable rates. My store can tell you what aisle an item is on, what shelf and almost exactly how far down it will be located. Store not have your part? They will track it down to find the closest store that has it. Too far for you to drive to pick up the part? They will deliver it to your store. If it is located and ordered before 2:00 PM, it will be next day delivery. Employees are always friendly, courteous, and very helpful no matter what city and state I shop

Easy shopping for all of my automotive category of supplies. I buy very few professional install parts; mainly vehicle wash supplies, boat towing necessities, lubricants, paint, batteries, windshield wiper blades and all my around the garage supplies. Park within 40 ft of front door, greeted at entering the store, amd helped with a knowledgeable sales person. In, out and satisfied with my choice of supplier. Never disappointed.

My truck broke down an hour from my home, but luckily only half a mile away from an O'Reilly's location in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Surprisingly, the staff was extremely knowledgable, helpful, and available. I don't have a single complaint about any part of the experience. They helped me verify that my truck battery was still good, and subsequently tested the alternator and found it to be faulty. They had an affordable replacement in stock, which after purchasing and installing myself had me back on the road and headed home. They also charged my dead battery for me for free while I was installing the new alternator. I find myself disappointed with my experiences at most O'Reilly's locations, but not this one. The guys and gals at the Camden Road location in Pine Bluff, Arkansas are top notch.

The manager is VERYYYYY Rude and disrespectful she is also raciest and don't know how to properly handle what her employes lie to the coustmers about I will never come back to this store

Never in my life have I been so disrespected by an older gentle men I take a brand new radiator up there and he tells me to clean it and he will think about taking it back with a grouchy look so I told him about his disrespectfulness and cleaned the radiator spotless and he tells me to to put it back on my car idk what kind of animals are working thrrr I called his manager trying to just get my money back and the manager is apparently on his side lost mine and a lot of others business won t do business with disrespectful employees and managers

I was broken down at a truck stop in Holaday TN. Autozone wouldn't volunteer to sell me the parts I needed and deliver them. O'Reilly did, not once but twice! I will tell this story from now on.....

Staff is always helpful. Even printed off some parts diagrams for me just in case the part I was buying didn't correct the issue.
