11/08/2023: I have to give props where it s due. You might see good reviews and you might see a few bad ones. However, I will say the staff and especially the owner try their very best to make sure all their customers leave satisfied. In the unfortunate chance you re not satisfied, everyone there will give it their all to make the situation and circumstances better. If anyone had a chance to say they weren t helpful, all it says to me is they didn t take the opportunity on working with them to find a solution.Though it was a minor miscommunication issue (or maybe some misinterpretation) during my time with them, I will say Joe the owner, Michael, and especially Robert helped me in more ways than one. And because of that I m forever appreciative.

Highly recommend Midtown Tire & Auto!! My car is very happy with the new tires Joe recommended and Michael made sure my service was done in a timely manner. I m lucky to have found trustworthy and professional mechanics. I won t go anywhere else.

I NEVER leave reviews, but HAD TO HERE!! I went there to get my AC fixed and to stop the shaking on my car when I would put the brakes on. After 4 different trips, and spending HUNDREDS of dollars, NEITHER has gotten fixed. Every time they say "this is the issue".. I pay to get it done. I get on the road, and it is not fixed. I came back AGAIN recently and asked for some sort of gurantee or warranty in case this next solution doesn't work, and of course they couldnt give me that. Why am I going to continue to pay for things that are not fixing the issues that I asked to fix? Nice ladies at the front desk. Clueless people apparently that have tried to fix my car. I asked to STOP The shaking. They couldn't do it, but instead said I need new brakes. No, the brakes are fine. I asked to FIX the AC. They said there was a cloth in it, that's the reason. Nope, they took that out, AC still doesnt work. They said the tires need to be aligned. Got that DONE! Nope, car still shakes. LITERALLY just kept telling me to pay for things that did NOT fix the issues I asked to FIX. DON'T GO HERE

They replaced a lower control arm and ball joint, put tires on front and plugged a rear tire. They started at approximately 3:00 on Wednesday and didn't finish until 3:45 the next day. They also did an alignment. I was originally told that it would probably be done before lunch. Well I paid and then the car still pulled to the rigchecking it again they say "oh you need newfront struts!" They said they don't know why they didn't catch this $600.00 oversight originally! This just isn't a good look in my opinion !!it looks more like a racket to me!!what else can it be? All I know is I was given the runaround! They knew my son had to be somewhere at a particular time and they were no more concerned than a goose! They just put others in ahead of us is what happened! I'm just pissed about the entire situation. I had always had good service prior to this! Help!

I just want to say for the most part Midtown gets me to my babes!!! They have very fair prices, budget friendly depending on the work you need done. Give the folks a try!!!!

I had high hope's for this tire shop because Pine Bluff need's a good place that we can count on here. Something's changed since they've opened. Went there today for warranty work to be done and they tried to get my daughter. Yes it's under warranty but we're not fixing it. That is the sound of another customer leaving. BUYER BEWARE!!

Brought in new tires to mount and balance. Next day I get a flat, go to a service station to have a spare put on and the next day another flat. Take it to them the next Monday since I was not having flats before and the quickly find that my rim is bent and leaking air. They even moved the wheel from the front to the back in case anything happened and didn t tell me about it because it must have gotten lost in translation . They even had pictures of the inside of the rim when they had the tire off. The entire time saying they aren t paying to replace it because I must have hit something but it looks like a classic cover up of damage they caused. They have cost me around $1500 at this point but I m just grateful that nothing happened while my children were in the vehicle because I m sure they would ve denied the blame for that too

I have spent since October of last year trying to get my car to stop shaking. Every time it's the same thing and is still shaking. It was under warranty and they would not fix it. If you drive a foreign vehicle do not take it here!! They see you as nothing more than a dollar sign!!!! ATM!!! Some people work hard for what they want and don't have the money that they seem to think you have!!!!

I had a great experience at mid town tire and auto. I had to have break work done and I had to have my vehicle back by the end of the day. I set up an appointment and they ordered the parts needed on the day before and had them on hand. I dropped the vehicle off at 8:30 and they called me at 11:00 it was already done and my problems were fixed thanks mid town for great service and a fast turn around. I recommend mid town tire and auto to all my friends and family

One of the better shops in the area. They produce GREAT work and I have YET to be disappointed!!!Their prices are moderate & they say awfully busy due to it's convenient location.And it has a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED policy were if you can get your vehicle there as EARLY as possible, they WILL attend your baby as soon as reasonably possible.

Very friendly staff and great service. I took my truck in because it had a front end shake. The staff at mid town got me in quickly and resolved the issue promptly. I will definitely be using them for my automotive needs from now on.

Went there for an oil change and fuel filter change. Took 3 hours and after I left and went home and hooked up my big trailer to head out of state, got on the highway and realized diesel was pouring out of the fuel filter due to their incompetence. Would not recommend and will not be back.

Had a flat and got that fixed along with tire rotation and oil change. They were very busy yet got me in and out fast. Service with a smile. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Price was very reasonable. I would and do recommend.

I went in to ask a few questions and there steadiness of concern and customer service was amazing. I will definitely return with my vehicle. Thank you again and they take the CAR SHEILD Warranty! The store was clean and so was the bathroom!! And $400 less than TROTTER FORD with there terrible customer service and no true lines of communication!i will never return back to TROTTER FORD!

I went there to get my car repaired. The staff was very nice and seem like they was concern . I suppose to got motor mount on the motor bc the man said it was rising up and shaking so I paid to have it done. Next day I called after they finish the job and it was still rising doing the same thing. Ask for a call from manager or owner and no return call. It's been a week still no call they always saying he on a service call or gone. Bad business.

Dropped my truck off at Midtown Tire yesterday with several thing wrong. 2 hours later they called and said it was ready to pick up. Cost a lot less than I thought it should have been . Best Mechanic around

Very poor service I went in for alignment it took 3 hours for the service repair guy to realize the knockout had to be removed from my 1995 GMC 1500 he explained to me that's the only way alignment could be completed so i asked if there were any other issues and he stated no everything look great and quoted a price of $320 dollar due to the control arms having to be removed I gave my consent to have this work done I was then told i would receive a phone call when the truck was ready for pickup. I was contacted about 30 minutes before the business closed and told the vehicle was ready for pickup, I returned to the store and payed the balance due only then being told the vehicle wasn't ready and won't be ready until the next day so why was i contacted to come and pay inquiry minds want to know. I returned the next day to be told we did the best we could keep in mind they already received payment for this work and to make matters worst the Owner/Manger had the audacity to say I shouldn't expect a truck with 300,000 miles to drive like a new he's words not mine, well the truck actually only has 180,000 original miles on the speedometer and it's 1995 so that says a lot about this business and the guy who's running this place. I replaced the control arms,upper and lower ball joints,sway bars,and tire rod ends before every stepping in this place trying insure there won't be any issue's with the alignment process. So I try'ed to explain to the owner that his repair guy told I everything looked great only needed to remove the knockout so I gave my consent only to be giving excuse after excuse from the owner before I drove the truck so the job had to be incomplete just from how the owner continued to give excuses, not to mention the owner made the comment "We shouldn't have try'ed to do this job" this was a great time to say this after you have already received payment for a job you shouldn't try'ed to do his words not mine. So don't waste your time or money on the place and last but not least no money was refunded or discounted truck pulling to right and after tire rotation pulling to the left go figure. I'm just going to keep it simple, I went there with a few concerns with a vehicle and I left feeling confident about the work that was done. The staff was friendly and caring but the owner himself made sure that everything was taken care of.
