We were broken down in Pine Bluff on Saturday. we needed a new alternator and battery. It was afternoon, and every place was closed. Karen from this Meineke called us because she had seen a missed call to her shop. Even though they were closed, she found somebody that would go to the shop once we got towed there and see what they could do to help us. Ethan was there, along with his apprentice Brody and they stayed and worked on our car. Then Ethan droveall over Pine Bluff to find us an alternator that would fit our car and got us back on the road again. what could ve been being stuck in a town for days turned out to be only a few hours . Thank you so much Ethan and Brody and thank you Karen for making it happen! A+++++++ to you guys.! We praise the Lord for all of you!

I would dare bring my car back to you guys. You all gave me a false diagnosis on my car didn t even check it really saying my battery was out when I took it to Walmart and they said it was good and when I asked for to you, for you are to produce the papers you couldn t even do that, so I m done. .

Good service. But the Pine Bluff location doesn t accept Meineke coupons even though Meineke sends them to my email and I print them off.

I had a car. Meineke was my go-to car center so I brought it to them when my car had caught on fire. They told me it was my cruise control wire that had sparked and they only fixed that and charged me $153 for one wire that was allegedly the cause of the problem. Not even 12 hours later it caught fire again and burnt to the ground. When I informed them the day after the incident they told me they didn't even check all the wires or really the root of the problem. I feel they lied to me and I asked for only a refund since they didn't even fix anything. The owners a belligerent lady who talked over me and was extremely rude and wouldn't let me speak about the damages. In the end she told me there was no refund. I'm now without a car that I've spent a lot of money on over the last year repairing due to their negligence.

Friday Dec 22nd I called and asked did they patch tires MIKE I think that's his name had no customer service unconcerned and hung up before I could finish what I was saying so I took my vehicle to Exxon Mobile on Hazel street great customer service did it for less than this company I want do business with this company.

Meineke has no customers and I know why. I went in for a simple oil change that normally costs $30-$35. I got right in and the guy was through in 10 minutes. He did not have the time to do all that is normally done. Then the lady said that will be $65.69. I about came unglued. She said that is what it is. I had to pay for it but said I would not be back. I will not go back.

The one star was for the young lady at the desk being pleasant. I'm upset because I paid for a tune up and two days later my engine coolant light came on. When I checked it, the reservoir was completely empty. If I'm not mistaken all fluid levels ,tires and filters should be checked. Even if it was an extra charge no one said anything to me about it being low. Then to top it off I was I was told it cost one price and an added charge listed as a "cash discount" of 9.96 was added. I tried to call several times but no one answered the phone. And I'm too afraid to drive up there until I can get someone to check my car out for me.

The guy left my oil cap off and the check engine light came on. I had to take my truck to the shop to figure out what was wrong.

Only shop I could find who was willing to work on a 3 inch exhaust pipe for a bus(within the next 24 hrs, which is fast!). Communication was excellent and was in and out of shop within a little over an hour. I also asked for a request to cut off some pieces so I could install a class 4 hitch and they were glad to do it. I highly recommend them to anyone whoever needs exhaust work done on their bus. Absolutely Friendly!Service: Auto exhaust system replacement

When I went in to have my family's car diagnosed, the staff there was very accommodating.They were more than happy to talk about what needed to be done to get the car in working order or finding what my family thought was wrong with the car.The receptionist was well versed in automation and she made me feel comfortable, during my visit to their center.After that initial visit,my son took his car back to Meineke to have the work done on his car that the diagnostic test concluded.My son's happy as a whistle.

We unexpectedly had a belt break on our car on our way to a doctors appointment. They got right to us and put us back on the road in less than an hour!! Staff were all friendly and helpful!!

I came in for radiator flush, the mechanic didn t put antifreeze back in the car (nothing but water/radiator cleaner and told me it needed at least two flushes to get all the junk out of the radiator and that I would have to pay again, and gave me some instructions on how to complete the job myself, this is unacceptable and I would like my money refunded to me.

So we dropped his car off the night before to be serviced. I took the key back the next morning and the place was closed during business hours. The owner nowhere in sight. The worker keeps checking to see if it's open for him to work. Sir Owner, this is bad for your business. Please be more professional and take better care of your employees. I have no desire to revisit at this time. I do hope all goes well with your business and changes be made for the better!

First, I was there at 7:45am because they were supposedly opening at 8:00. They didn t open until 8:10. No problem, I understand people run late sometimes. Secondly, I had to go to O Riellys to get my own oil filter because they didn t have one to fit my vehicle. Lastly, I had a 30% off coupon that they didn t accept. I was then told that I was supposed to submit it before my vehicle is taken in for repair (No exceptions). The problem is, it was no mention of this in the beginning while getting my initial information prior to taking my vehicle in to conduct service. Like, do you have a coupon that you would like to use for the service today? Nothing! The only Sign that is posted is on top of the counter under paperwork. I ended up paying $92. I could ve taken it to Firestone, Jiffy Lube or somewhere else and got the 30% off with no problem. Plus, they would have had the sign visible for everyone to easily see about coupon usage.Marvin

I have been using Meneike for year's and have been disappointed my last 2 visits. I will never use them again. Mechanic was inefficient and a lady working there told the mechanic that there would be no more oil changes for the day. I will not be back.
