Took my pick up In due to noise coming from exhaust. Guy came out looked underneath the truck knocked on muffler & noticed a damaged cat converter Hurt internally. Easy fix great service and even better customer service !

Brought my antique truck in to replace the muffler, exhaust pipe, and tailpipe. Nice facility. Brad was very knowledgeable. Pleased with my experience and would use them again.

I took my 2016 Mustang here & asked for flowmaster 40 series mufflers. I was told they had them in stock & I was charged Flowmaster prices. I recently had a hole in both mufflers so I took my car to a shop in LR to get looked at. Turns out they are not flowmaster mufflers but a Chinese knockoff. The young man that helped me with 2 headlights was clean and professional gave me a price for adjustments and stuck to it even though there was a problem with my new headlights. That he corrected,the shop is very clean as is the waiting room. Definitely would use them again.

I took my mufflers I ordered up to Ken's muffler shop. I ask him if he could install them. He said yes I can. I show him the mufflers that are ordered as exact fitment to my car. He says "well it's under a bracket and I have to cut the hangers off and weld them back on to put them on so it's going to be pricey" I say no sir .. I'm not trying to tell you about your profession but you just slide the muffler under the bracket and the hangers will slide right in the slot as well, they are exact fitment to this car. He says "well if it's that easy you do it" I told him I could I just don't feel like doing it. So I ask him his price. He say no less that $200 a side. $400 total... mind you this is a bolt on muffler.. no welding.. I got quoted at $150 max for both sides together down the street. I told Ken I hoped his day got better and walked out. He is a horrible business man and should hire a younger smiling face

Had a great experience with Ken's muffler, they got me in and out quickly and fixed my leaking exhaust.

Called to get a price on having a catalytic converter installed which I would be providing. He wouldn't give me a price over the phone, stated he would need to look at it first which is understandable. So I get there and he tells me it will cost $80 to have it welded in due to the fact that it was in a difficult spot to weld saying it would be a "blind weld" on the top, which I understood. Dropped it off the next morning at 8am he calls me back around 10 AM to let me know it was ready for me to pick up. So I go up there to pick it up and pay $88 thinking that he welded the catalytic converter in place I did not look at it before I drove away which was my mistake because when I got home I look under my truck to find that he did not weld it at all he used exhaust clamps to install the catalytic converter. That is not what we discussed he was going to do the whole reason it was going to cost $80 was because of the difficult location he was going to have to weld. If i wanted to use exhaust clamps I would have done it myself for less than $20. I will be taking my business elsewhere next time.

They are overprice has them weld a small pipe and it cost a 100 buck go to fordyce muffler shop they are cheaper and are better quality

My child and i were on our way to her gymnastics competition when my caddillac converter broke. We were not from the area and came here to have them try to fix it and we only had about 15 minutes to spare before her competition. They fixed it fast and were so friendly and we even made it to her competition in time. Ive never been to a place that treated us so well. If anything ever needs fixed again i would make this drive to see them again hands down. Thank you and i hope god blesses y'all with so much kindness back.

I called and asked if they do mechanic work the owner says yes we do what s the problem . I informed him another mechanic put my brakes on and now they are not the same. He then says well take it back to them I don t fix up behind shade tree mechanics and people don t spend their money here so I don t fix their problems and before I could say anything else he hung up in my face.

The guys a scam artist, he told my wife it was going to cost $900 to get her a/c fixed, $400 for the blower resistor, which literally snaps on under the dashboard,it took me 5 minutes to do it, and $500 for the alternator, which is a $300 job on a bad day, with the part and labor included

When I had already went to 2 other shops and had my truck for about a month Ken's Muffler & Brake Center had took care of me and knew the problem right away rather than giving me the run around plus referred me to another place for my other problem.
