I want to be a new customer. First experience with the company not very happy. Call Chris this morning they said they'd be at my house at 11:00 to pick up my x350. I told him that would work and I'd see him at 2 to talk abot it. 1:30 make a call and it goes to voicemail. I showed up when I said I would. To find out that they were having problems with the winch. That's fine but a phone call would have been nice . Willing to spend about a grand or more to get it running . But I guess that ain't worth a phone call. Just like every other place in Pine Bluff the two words customer service escapes them all.Sure do miss the Pine Bluff I gre going to stick it out to see how it works out. Y'all come back for more details.
