I guess everyone experiences are different but I had an awesome experience. The young lady was not rude as some have state she was extremely awesome and treated me with respect. I have found an awesome body repair shop and couldn t be happier. Their work is amazing so far and I would highly recommend.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Horrible service! Supposed to be done in a week, turned into 3 weeks. Vehicle was filthy. Scuff marks left all over leather interior. Also left Dirty hand marks on tan interior. Even the new front bumper they installed was already scratched. Leather on driver door had new tear in it. Even had scratches on paint that were not there when it was dropped off. And no one could give any answers as to what happened. And the owner refused to answer or return any phones calls. Would only communicate through emails . Was told they would have vehicle detailed and all issues resolved but did not do anything that was promised. Horrible Horrible experience!!

Had my car worked on at a place in Warren, AR but something they did failed. Call that shop, and 2 weeks later, no response.In Pine Bluff, just driving down the street my eye glimps Kimbrell body shop sign.I did a uturn.I am glad I did. They were kind, friendly & helpful & agreed to repair the failed first repair right then.All I had to do was wait for parts.They did good, correcting the Warren Ar blunder.They did a fast job and the repair was very good. Thanks Kimbrells.I would recommend them for any body work!

Wreck repair. Supposed to be ready in a week. Kept being delayed and took 3 times as long. Paint had a run and other blemishes. Took it back and they redid the paint. No better the second time. Didn't wash it either time. Demanded a refund of my deductible and got it. Never go back.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Son truck was hit . Took 7 month for them to fix it. Kelp saying be ready in a week. When they finally got it fix. They left it dirty. Would not recommend them to anyone.
