I'm happy to report that I had a great experience with Eastwood Auto.I had the clutch go out on my car. They were upfront with a good and fair estimate and had my car ready to go in a couple of days.When I wasn't able to get a ride to pick up my car, they were good enough to send someone after me to take me to the shop.

I had a kitten stuck under my car. They were so nice about getting the kitten out without any problems. I have used them before for service to my vehicle and I've never had any issues afterwards. I highly recommend

I took my vehicle in one morning at the spur of the moment. I was asked to leave the vehicle and they got me fixed up before the end of the day. My car drives great. They were very professional and provided great customer service. Although I'm not going to like it when I have to (keep my fingers crossed that I won't anytime soon), I will definitely be going back!

From out of town. Was referred by a family friend. Brought my car in to have ac fixed. Mentioned that car had been charged and it didn t work. Asked for compressor to be replaced. Garage only charged ac, and did not call when she was done, nor did they call beforehand to tell me what they were doing. Was hopeful that they fixed the issue. However within a half hour ac wasn t working again. Called and brought the car back. Then things were replaced like I originally asked. Ac now works the best it has been. All in all we got off to a rough start, but they did try and fix issues and gave me a refund for the ac charging. Happy in the end. Thank you!Service: Air conditioning

This was my first time utilizing their services. My car was fixed in a few hours. The customer service was excellent. If you are in need of a good mechanic, make sure you check them out.

When a mechanic talks to you as if you don't have a mechanic in your family. I took my car here under insurance. I came out with problems my car never had. Long story short. Never again.

What I had considered a month ago to be an answer to my prayers for a godly mechanic has turned into one of my worst nightmares. Highly ungodly & not a man of his word. Comes out worse than when you take it to Mr. Glenn Eastwood & his motley crew. He has earned a big, fat F. Buyer beware. Had my vehicle towed there because it was the closest shop. Kept telling me they would get to it next week for three weeks. Didn t even give me an estimate. When I called to check in, the owner was very rude. I got the feeling they did not want my business so I am taking my vehicle elsewhere.

Eastwoods was very professional and took care of my issues within five minutes of pulling up in the parking lot. Fixing something that the dealership said they couldn't fix. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anybody else go there.

Outa of all the shops in pinebluff I have found tht the mechanics at east would know what there doing...I take all my vehicles here to get fixed

They're very experienced, knowledgeable and nice mechanics. I've taken my vehicle to them numerous time and got it back with in a few day days at a fair price.

If you need any work done on your car or truck go and see Glenn or his other employees. They will take care of you and treat you fair.
