Great place full of helpful people that makes you their personal mission. The agent I had was Tommy and despite slow internet he was joyous and a wonderful conversationalist who was very knowledgeable and explained every question I had.

My representative Brianna was very professional. She handled my new insurance policy quick and easily. And I was having some phone issues and she's very patient and understanding and she was concerned and nothing returned my call back with my phone issues. I would definitely recommend this company hopefully they'll get her like I did!! All smiles here

My agent, Mrs. Shalonda Hickman was so professional, nice, caring and took care of me very nicely. She explained everything in it's entirety. I'm so glad that I am apart of Direct Auto Insurance and I can see a long-lasting future with this company. I had a wonderful experience getting coverage for my new car, I can t remember the young man name I worked with, due to the excitement of that day but, he made it a quick and easy process, with a lot of laughs throughout the call.

Direct Auto is the truth! I had the pleasure working with Joe Blanks. Joe was very sweet and professional with the knowledge of this great company. This insurance company is fabulous. After your initial down payment, you can set up direct withdraw from your bank account and your insurance payments are cheaper. My payment dropped over $20 per month and they are the most cost effective I have ever found.

These are the worst people to do business with cheaper is not always better. They do not work with you to help you solve your claim. Soon as my car was wrecked they hurry up and tried to take it and sell it at an auction. Do not get insurance from these people. You will regret it. They are not professional at all they are scammers to benefit themselves. I had full coverage and gap still had to pay 10,000 to keep my car from being totalled. Don't trust these people. The man adjuster in hot springs is a joke. The total loss specialist is a joke. Farm bearu is the bes. I highly recommend.I've had no issues with them . been with them for over 29 years still with them. Had to put one vehicle on direct and it was a joke and I'm out of money
