I don't know how they can get more than 1 star! They make up prices as they go. I paid cash and this guy wanted to charge me $2 for receipt, while the owners just sit back and act like this is normal. Who does that? The workers will help you, if you ask. Only use this place as last resort!

Sadly, I had a terrible experience. When I arrived, all the staff stood around and acted like I wasn't there. They were having random conversations and joking around with each other while I sat and watched them. I reluctantly pulled into the garage and no one paid attention to me at all. I had to blow my horn and roll my window down to get someone's attention. I wasn't being impatient because I was in a great mood and was willing to wait a while. When someone finally helped me, it was the manager. I needed my tire pressure checked and thought it was free due to me getting my tires there. The manager rudely stated that the rules have changed and that everyone must pay $4 even if the tires were bought there. He interrupted me several times. I also tried to tell him about a problem I had with my tires and during the conversation, his coworker walked up and asked if he needed help . The manager stated "now she's saying she has a problem with her tires" then he walked off with the coworker! Didn't even look at me! In the middle of my conversation, he just walked away! I was still stood outside of my car, wondering if he was coming back or not and if he was going to help me with my tires. I waited for a few minutes then saw him helping another customer! He didn't care about me at all and I will not be doing business or buying any products for the place ever again. I felt ignored and disrespected and like I didn't even matter! He didn't even come back to say "no I can't help with your tires" or "sorry, I have to help this costumer first ". Nothing. And that's exactly what I'll be giving them from now on. no money no business. Nothing. Terrible experience.

TERRIBLE SERVICE .OWNER DOESN T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AT ALL. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. PLEASE DON T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE..JUST LOOK AT THE OTHER REVIEWS ALSO

Poor service I stop there for a tire repair all the employees acted as if I wasn t even standing there and continue to service every customer s that pulled up after me not sure what s the issue well I think I know this type of behavior has been going on for over 400 years until now needless to say I will never return to this tire shop.

All went well with my tire rotation service. It was free of charge because I got my tires there
