I went inside the business, and 2 women were behind the counter talking and never acknowledging me. I went inside a 2nd set of doors and walked around looking at the Can-Ams sxs. I eventually went out to where the counter was, and the same 2 women were still talking and never gave me a 2nd look. I left and will not be back.

Great customer service, good pricing for the current times. Did not charge the "delivery fee" or "set up fee" most dealers charge.

We purchased a 2023 Can-Am Defender from Chochran Powersports. Staff was very friendly and the salesman took the time to answer all of our questions.

We walked in through their office area and into the showroom and no one said a word to us the entire time we were in their looking or even greeted us as we walked in. No other customers were in the store at the time and there were 2 employees. They finally acknowledged us as we were walking out but we were already not very happy with their service so we will take our business to someone who wants it. We were also very unimpressed with their inventory.

I wouldn't recommend doing business with these people. Took my can am in 3 times for the same problem and it was never fixed. It was shooting sparks from under the steering wheel and staying in limp home mode and wouldn't start half the time. They informed me that all they could find was a dead battery and to come get it. The owner told me my best bet was to call 1800 customer service and chuckled about it.

Nothing but 5 stars for me. Not sure why there are any bad reviews here. I have bought 2 SXS from Cochrans, a 2015 Maverick and a 2018 X3. They gave me a great deal on both and have always given me great service. I will not go anyone else.

Found what I thought was a knock out deal on a high dollar UTV at Cochran Motor sports. The deal enticed me to travel 5 hours to purchase the unit. Upon arrival the sales team provided good service, and were friendly. i purchased the unit NEW with less than 5 miles on it. On my second outing with the unit the transmission went out. Due to my distance from Cochran Motor Sports I took it to a local certified dealership. Fast forward after 4 months of ownership i've been able to use the less than 10 times total, and it has experienced a Transmission replacement, clutch failure, and wiring issues. The servicing dealership and the UTV brand headquarters have instructed me to work with the original purchase dealership on next steps with the defective machine. I've contacted Cochran Motors with the issues, and as a customer they have made me feel as if I am bothering them by expecting to have a functioning machine. The only solution they brought fourth is i can drive the unit 5 hours and they will continue to repair it. My advice to any customer would be, Cochran Motors is extremely nice when you are looking to purchase, once you purchase and problems ensue the only security you will have as a customer is the manufacturer's warranty.

Worst experience for repair work on my. Polaris. Took it in as it kept dying when giving some gas. This was new now and took 3 weeks of calling and finally went up there to tell them to just give me my wheeler back as I was tired of being given the run around. The owner got really pissy with me in the matter. Would go there again. Worst experience.

This place is a joke. If you want someone throwing part after part on your machine for it to have more issues than it had when it came. Then by all means they have that figured out. Rude, careless for customers, and inexperienced

Worst customer service I've ever seen, and don't expect to have any work done in a timely manner or done right if at all, it's obvious they have no idea how to work on anything

This place has gone down hill the last few years. We've bought 4 ATVs over the last decade from Cochran, and will be going elsewhere in the future.
