Mr. Carl is so kind, intelligent, professional, and pleasant to speak with. If he doesn't have something on hand, he has lots of resources, and will get it for you quickly. Very fair pricing!

I would not recommend this unprofessional and rude company to anyone! I do not deal with unprofessional companies! He does not make appointment, calls to say he is on his way and questions what is so important on your agenda that you can't keep waiting on him. Wife calls you and she is rude as well & tries to blame the customer! This is getting redundant with American Home Shield & Whirlpool trying to make me patronize them! I will never use Carl & Son's Appliance of Whitehall, AR!

I have AHS Insurance,(American Home Shield)I called AHS the night before to file a claim, The next day a technician from Carl & Son's Appliances came to my house to look at my clothes dryer,my wife explained to him that the dryer made noise when it was being used,then asked if he wanted her to demonstrate,he replied no and then told my wife if would cost hundreds of dollars to repair. My wife explained to him that we have AHS ,then he said that he didn't work for AHS but mine you,he called me,I didn't call him,I called AHS Then he demanded cash from my wife for the service call. You would think that this company would know that, I pay AHS not his company, My wife almost had to call the authorities to remove him from the house. I clearly do not want this technician returning to my home.

We had to have a Lowe's warranty service call on my 93 year old aunt's new washer, after getting only hot water on a cold wash. Turned out the installers hooked hot/cold hoses incorrectly. Matt, from Carl and Son, called to let us know he would be here in 20 minutes, and was very courteous and helpful in correcting the problem and reviewing the cycle options with my aunt. Living in an area where it is very difficult to find dependable, knowledgeable service professionals, it is nice to know she has Matthew, and Carl and Son to help her out with all appliances. We all feel better knowing she has good people to help. Thank you, Matt.

I must admit.. I had my doubts at first but these guys came out to my home .. diagnosed my fridge in about 5 mins and got it repaired within 20 mins.. definitely my go to for appliance repair now.

Completely ridiculous.... We bought a new refrigerator from Lowes with warranty, low and behold the motor on the ice maker went out only after 4 months of purchase. We called Lowes to have someone come fix it and they set up an appointment with Carl & Sons. A younger gentleman came out and looked at it and told us he needed to order some parts and never heard back from him. My husband called Lowes back and they set up another appointment with Carl & Sons. Same thing happened.... the woman on the phone for Carl & Sons was nothing but rude. My husband called to figure out when they might come because I have cancer and am home alone and he wanted to make sure he was there. Without asking who she was speaking with she told him you just have to wait on them to show up. So we waited.... they never showed nor called. My husband called Carl & Sons to speak with the manager only to find out the rude woman was the manger. She told my husband that the parts were on the mechanics truck and he would come when he came.... horrible customer service! Don't use them! Very sad!

Total Fail. Told me I needed a new compressor. Told me he couldn't fix it because the Freon used in it was no longer available and I would need to buy a new unit. Found out 1- nothing wrong with the compressor. It was holding steady but a little too high, and 2 - it uses R12 which is still available to licence repairmen. 3 - totally missed that the units fins were dirty which could have caused the change in temp. I wasted $70+ dollars on a bad inspection.

Fridge went out yesterday, called Carl & Sons at 8:00 a.m. said they would work me in(20 mile drive for them to come out, BTW) 10:30 a.m. Fridge fixed! Excellent customer service, price was outstanding!
