The whole staff is great!! Especially Mr Duron!! He was amazing!! He was willing to listen to my needs and want, and willing to be patient and work with me!! From the moment he answered the phone the first day, up until I got my vehicle yesterday afternoon!! They were all very friendly and helpful!! I appreciate everything they did for me during the process of getting my car!! And I also really appreciate that they offered me and my Papa coffee or water! And they even fixed his coffee and brought it to him!!

Daron is the G.O.A.T. He help me get into my dream truck. And the process didn t take long. He s very professional and cares for his customers new and current. And oh yea nevertheless this make vehicle #2 I have gotten from Car Mart of Pine Bluff. Thanks again Daron!

My experience was so devastating I had to comeback and change my 5 star rating to a 1 I can t speak for everyone but I will speak for myself with all honesty. I received great service the first day I went here. But everyday after was a nightmare had to take car back 3 days later was left stranded without a car after I paid down payment tried to swap cars and that also went terribly I have heard nothing but horror stories from ppl since I got my car.I even asked for my money back because I never drove the car really at all. It s just bad business. No shade

I ve been dealing with them over a year now and had no problems. I started having trouble with my vehicle that I was financing a few weeks ago.. I was out of my warranty and I must say they did an AMAZING job making sure I left satisfied. The staff is BEYOND incredible! People give carmart a bad name but as long as you re paying your bills.. you won t have any problems and even if you come across a hard time TALK TO THEM and they will work with you. I m happy to be a customer.

Not sure how to feel! Camille, Miss Halena, and Marissa are always so welcoming, warm, and kind when I come in! However, my experience today was absolutely terrible! I walked in and was not greeted by anyone (not even the GM) he just ate his popcorn talking to another coworker and said nothing as if I wasn t there. And another manager gave me a very nasty attitude rolling her eyes and talked to me as if I was being a bother to her. It s hit or miss with the customer service here! Very unprofessional

Even though I m not able to get a car from here these people are horrible treated our family terrible.Its somebody bringing back their car every day saying something is wrong with it . I wish our family never got a car from these people they gave us the run around lied about stuff and apologizing didn t help. The Assistant manager Elizabeth hung up on us and also had us going in circles and lied about money for a car that was supposed to be given back. Take your hard earned and your business somewhere else. Ain t no way it is rated 4.5 more like a 0.1

I almost gave up on car-mart until I met Mr. Deron Strickland. This man goes over and beyond for his customers. Thank you sir for your patience and not stopping until you got me in a vehicle I would enjoy.

Pine Bluff Car Mart has an excellent staff. Jessica Haynes went above and beyond to make sure I chose the car that was best for me and my budget. The other staff members were very friendly. Everyone took good care of me.

I just purchased my second car from here and when I say I ve been having a good experience both times. I was greeted nicely and I even bought my kids up here with me and they loved them. Liz and Marissa was the best. If you go up here make sure you tell them Kamecika sent you and I promise you won t regret it.

They were very friendly and helpful. I drove out with an awesome vehicle. I found a few minor issues within the first 2 days of purchase and Ms. Linda in the parts department got them resolved quickly without any problems. I recommend CarMart for their awesome customer service..

I was extremely impressed with not only the selections available but also the staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Marissa went beyond expectations and understood my limitations and gave extra to meet my needs. Mr. Carlock, the manager , was truly a Godsend. And i especially thank him for his kindness, understanding, and compassion. The entire staff was extremely nice. But it's rare when a business truly sees beyond the dollar. God bless all of you. They deserve the highest possible rating.

Very professional! I was greeted when I made it to the location. Offered promotion and so much more. Was able to test drive and vehicle was clean inside and out. Great team of people. Will recommend them to family and friends

Everyone was amazingly helpful. We arrived fairly late and everyone stayed past closing to make sure we drove home in our car that day. The credit manager bent over backwards to work with the down payment we had available which was next to nothing. They put us in a beautiful car that was way nicer than we expected that we could afford.

Excellent service. 5mnths into contract & I must sat STILL excellent service, staff works with individuals financially & vehicles are in great condition.
