Henry B. was amazing. My mother's car needed a special battery due to her mobility lift. Henry came out on his lunch break to help me with my mother's car on his own. Amazing employee!!

Had locker lug nuts that wouldn t come off and SONYA helped get all 4 off of my tires! This woman is a hard worker! Out of all the men that works here with her she s definitely the strongest! Thank god for here or I would ve been stranded with a flat tire and not been able to get mine off for the spare ! Thank you so much SONYA!! Give this woman a raise!!

Went in to get a new battery. Store employee Sonya Pridgeon helped me to pick out the correct battery for my truck. After ringing me up, she even removed my old battery and installed the new one. I was in and outbof the store in under 25 minutes with a new battery installed.

I'm from out of town but had to stop last minute to have lights put on my license plate.. which I knew nothing about!.. But the boss here Sonya, was so quick to help & even installed them for me! I couldn't be more thankful for the service I received here today!Thanks again Sonya! You were a blessing!!

The crew here are amazing at ensuring that you have the correct the part before you leave out the door. They are friendly and knowledgeable. If they don t have the part you need they ll have it for you the next day. Keep up the great work!!!

Nasty employees that show favoritism to customers.. I was first ignored by a guy when he approached a customer who walked right in the door and then lied to by the short girl, (I'm assuming some sort of manager)seems to be rude unless she knows you.. They don't mind skipping right by you like you don't exist..New management needed cause the guy with the moles let them do whatever they want.. I guess he's been there too long and doesn't really care at this point but it's unprofessional and discurteous..Deven came right up to the register and helped me place an order for a part.. At the time, he semed to be the only professional and polite employee in the building..

My son was able to find a tire shine for my car. One of the managers recommended something thats better an armorall..So far its great. Thank you..we were on main Street. The customer service needs to be told be taught to there female stop manager on Blake Street. Terribly and smart mouth to your customers.

Called to get information about some parts and the employee acted as if he did not want to assist me. On top of that, he was cussing while talking about me before he hung the phone up! Very unprofessional. Corporate will hear about this!

A young man, Chris, answered the telephone when I called earlier today inquiring about a replacement battery for my automobile. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Based on this I proceeded to his store location while driving by at least three other auto parts businesses. He installed my battery in a very short time and I am on my way. Thanks to Chris and Auto Zone!

Sonya is the best!! Every time we needed help with something she went above and beyond to help us out. Everyone in the store is always extremely nice and helpful. This Autozone is always our go-to when we need anything car related!

Very poor customer service from a lady employee I guess she didnt want to be bothered. I have a jeep patriot 2009. Need a signal light changed, she said i have to get my whole front bumber removed in order to change the signal light. Lmfao how dumb can you be, I ask for a man she said there was not one available for me. I said ok than and moved on. If I had the tools all you have to do is remove a front flap in front of the damn tier, I looked at a vid. She looked at one as well when I was there. I dont know what vid she looked at oh my GOD !! I WOULD LIKE TO SEE THAT VIDEO SHE SAW. . Get some more training please!!!! Other than that I have no problem with auto zone I love going there to buy parts for my ride.
