They have been known to order the wrong part several times. On top of that u have been waiting 1-3weeks for it to come in & it be the wrong part.

My email receipt did not give the name of the There was no name of the AutoZone customer service representative who helped and assisted me to purchase exactly what I needed to fix my vehicle issue in my online email receipt, Register 2, CSR:12..... Thank You, Thank You, and Thank You very much for helping me resolve my issue

Absolutely terrible service! I was completely ignored, just waiting at the register. A lady walked up and recieved service and checked out that was behind me, while I still stood there. The other clerk felt that she should just converse with other employees than to assist customers. I had to speak up and say, "so, I just can't get any service, huh?" Never, ever again!

Attempted to call and verify availability of a part prior to driving the 16 miles to the store. I hung up as i pulled into parking lot after being placed on hold after 2 different employees answered and I had asked for the simple availability of a part I had already looked up online. I assumed they were busy because it was so noisy in the background and the delay. I arrived only to find that there was only one patron and 3 employees. The noise was apparently the jukebox or radio in the store. Absolutely aweful service. Despite the festive music in the store the employees could hardly muster any greeting or offer of help . It actually appeared that despite my kind demeanor they were irritated at my mere presence. I should add that I rarely go to any auto zone in Pine Bluff because this has historically been the outcome. I have resorted to online purchases but out of necessity found myself frequenting today. I will not be back. Oh and another thing...despite no customers in the store I had to park in the side lot furthest from the door . I assume the wasteland of beaters parked up front beside the auto zone delivery trucks were the 8 employees inside somewhere? At no other establishment can i recall employees being favored for parking over clients. If corporate reads this feel free to contact me or simply visit incognito you will see. As an Arkansan Woo Pig I strive to support arkansas business but gees this franchisee does not make it easy. Please dismiss the current management and maybe they can get a grip on this business.

I been dealing with this Auto Zone for along time and i don't see myself changing parts stores no time soon. Ty and the rest of the auto zone crew have always done me right on parts i need. Year later 8/23/20 I'm updating my rating. TYJUAN when you coming back. Some of the employees are needing help from customer service to knowing what they doing. THAT'S NOT ALL EMPLOYEES THERE. Even tho it's an extra 10 minute drive for me i just started going to main street store. When Sonya is there she has her employees on point.

UR EMPLOYEES REALLY NEED TO HAVE A BETTER ATTITUDE, ORDER WRONG PARTS WHEN U GO PURCHASE THEM PAY FOR THEM N GO BACK TO PICK THEM UP N GOTTA WAIT ANOTHER DAY TO GET THEM . . .HONESTLY I GIVE THIS PLACE A 1 STAR WONT GO BACK AGAIN

Love Them... Their "LifeTime Disc Brake Pad's Guarantee" is the Greatest... Any of their Products "LifeTime Guarantee's" are Super !!! No Question's asked,,, you just hand them the worn part and they give you a New One !!!

Pretty typical to all the AutoZone places I do wish the employees were a bit more professional and knowledgeable but like I said it's typical for an AutoZone.

When I enter this place then that means I need a part for a vehicle which means I'm working on one and hopefully i get paid or at least learn something but auto zone is the zone for auto-mo-bills that's auto-matic
