Key broke in my Peterbilt ignition switch. I called these guys after searching on Google and their service was great and quick! Didn t have me waiting long for replacement at all. Thank you guys for the prompt service! And also did I mention GREAT PRICE!

Sorry, I forgot his name, but he was able to help me with my car key. I thought I needed my key reprogrammed, but I ordered a bad battery. He was able to show me that it was the battery and saved me money! Thanks so much!

I took my car in for a key to be made, she said that she could make and program it she said whew it was hard to program but I got it. If any problems within two weeks bring it back. It was about a week later the horn started blowing BY ITSELF The actual horn does not work if I try and blow it!! Took it back up there, she told me that there was nothing that she could do about it! So why did you tell me if any problems to bring it back! UNPROFESSIONAL

The lady I talked to when I called was very professional and pleasant speaking, a guy came out he was very nice , helpful and did what he had to do in minutes . The wrong key was put in my ignition and I was so nervous I wouldn't be able to get it out but he got out! Reasonable price for what he did as well. My experience was with this place but at my home. The locksmith that was given the task of rekeying all locks to 1 key was very professional. I really appreciated that. He was knowledgeable and comfortable in his line if work.

Do not go to Pine Bluff lock and key, horrible customer service. ONLY GO TO ACE!!!!!! They actually will follow through on call backs and come to look at your problem. I had a trailer wheel lock and my keys were no longer working. They didn t give me a hard time with excuses and none sense. Just quick and easy service.

HORRIBLE SERVICE WAS CALLED OUT TO REPROGRAM MY KEY TO MY CAR, THE GUY END UP MESSING MY WHOLE IGNITION SWITCH UP KEEP IN MIND THE NEW KEY COSTED ME $89, STILL WOULDN'T WORK AFTER HE CALLED HIMSELF PROGRAMMING THE KEY, SO HE END UP LOCKING THE KEY UP IN MY IGNITION THEN GONE HAVE THE AUDACITY TO GET NASTY AND RUDE AFTER I CALLED AND LET HIM KNEW WHAT HE HAD DID BECAUSE I END UP TAKING MY CAR TO THE DEALERSHIP, THEN REFUSED TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DAMAGES THAT COSTED ME $1,000, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DON'T GO IF YOU TRYING TO REPROGRAM A KEY YOU GONE BE MAD AS EVER

Worst locksmith I've ever had any dealings with, called to have a key programmed, he can't for whatever reason program a new key, but still has the nerve to charge for it. If I were you I would call another company this place is a joke.
