Had a set of tires installed here last weekend. Was disappointed to notice afterwards that one of the wheels was damaged while mounting the tire. Brought this to Anthony's attention, I was told that they had someone in the bentonville area that does wheel repair and that they would contact them. Got a call a couple days later that I could bring it down to the guy on a specific day, which wouldn't work for me as I work out of the area and would need to take a day off to do so. I contacted this person to see about another time to schedule and he was fairly rude, interrupting me mid sentence to state he was busy and needed to get off the phone as he had already spent too much time talking to plaza tire about this.All in all, I think I will just find someone of my own choosing to fix what they messed up. Didn't even get an apology, nor any sense of care that something wasn't right throughout this process.I will not be using this shop in the future.

Watch out for them trying to upsell you a new tire that can be patched. First I was told my sidewall had a hole or gash in it. I told him that was not the case. The hole was in the center of the tire. He then checked with the person that was working on it. To find out the hole was in center of tire and not the sidewall. Then they told me it couldn t be repaired. Took the tire to another tire shop in Rogers. They fixed the tire with no problems.

My husband shopped around for tires for my rig and he found tires here to be the most budget friendly. Install happened the next day (after tires were ordered in) and I can't say enough good things about the office staff! I came with my toddler and he is a very curious conversationalist. They were both extremely friendly and patient with him! My boy also enjoyed the huge window to watch the technicians do the work. I did have to come back the next day for what ended up being rubbing on my tire, but I was in and out quickly and now no problems! I really appreciate the front and back of house here. Would definitely recommend.

We are new to NW Arkansas so finding a good tire shop was really important. Anthony from the Pea Ridge location was friendly and knowledgeable. No pressure and answered all my questions. Keeping business local to where we live was also important. Bottom line first impression was huge and he nailed it. Thanks for taken care of us and getting us all set up for new tires for our daughters car. We will be back.

Amazing customer service! I have used them for oil change and most recently a tire fix. I unfortunately was loosing air fast and it was right before close they helped me and didn t complain about it being close to closing. They checked and plugged my tire and quickly had me on my way.

They were able to get me in for an alignment the same day I called, when other shops literally laughed at me. They did a great job, I will definitely be using them again.

I had 4 tires and rotors replaced. The staff was friendly, fast and efficient. Got me right in and out quickly. I am very satisfied !!!

arrived and there was only 1 car in the work stalls, asked if they had time to do an oil change and the answer was yes. I allowed them to get started, 57 minutes later they were done... I have never seen an oil change take so long. Its kind of funny they have a sign up that says something about "quick change artist". That is NOT a quick change, normally my oil changes are 15-30 minutes. Couple that with the lack of service that the agent showed, and the fact that they did act like they wanted to honor the email they sent me for 50% off the oil change, and its hard to give them more than a couple stars.I could see it if maybe they had a full bay, and I had to wait, but that was not the case.

Very pleasant customer service and they did a great job on my car s alignment and oil change. Also pointed out some things I need to get done in the future, with no pressure to do it now. I ll be back!

Not impressed service manager behind the counter was sleeping. He even slept while on the phone with a customer after the call ended he still managed to keep the phone up to his ear without dropping it while he got his dream session

I had good experience getting routine maintenance and oil changed here. They also checked alignment free. They helped me solve the problem with the aluminum bolt nuts on the Ford car by offering replacement chrome steel wheel nuts. This will solve the problems arising from aluminum nuts.

Not only did the provide me with excellent and fast service on my oil change...they also checked out a lot of other things for per-maintenance. And come to find out my jeep did need another service.They also keep you up to date on your vehicles progress along the way.Thank you for going above and beyond!

Visiting from out of town for the week, and detected a problem with our vehicle. Anthony and the crew at Pea Ridge Plaza Tire were very courteous, promptly worked us in without an appointment, diagnosed and fixed the problem in half a day. Aside from having an expensive repair job, we couldn t be happier about our experience.

They did the job that was requested. Got new brakes and alignment. Would have preferred to get out of there in less than 3 hours (even after making an appointment), but I guess they were backed up on this day. Staff was helpful in explaining the service that was required.

I had purchased my tires from Plaza tire in Siloam Springs just over 2 years ago. The tires I bought were nokians with an 80,000 miles rating. I did have 47,000 miles on the Nokians, but thought that warranty would be a little help with replacements. I needed replacements because the tread had separated from the belt on the driver's side front tire, causing an immediate deflation. Upon checking the other tires, they all had started cracking at the metal belt. Anthony at Plaza Tire in Peace Ridge said he would give me a free tire so I would have to only pay for three. Not a bad deal, but on their counter, was a promotion for the same tires, where you buy 3 tires get one free. Inquired with Anthony and he replied if the promotion wasn't on he would still had given me the deal. So, basically they did nothing to honor the warranty. Common sense is out the window. Gonna have to find another tire place to rely on

EDIT: Manger reached out and explained the situation. Extremely professional.Stood in the lobby for 10 minutes with no assistance. Only customer there and no cars in the garage being worked on.

Went to get my tires balanced on an older vehicle of mine, they wouldn t stop commenting on how jacked up and how rough my vehicle was. 30 year old vehicle that I check cattle with, yes it s rough.

Takes too long I bought new tires it took 3hours ok but I'm presently sitting at tire Trax no wait to plug a hole in my tire because my warranty plug at plaza they told me two hours!!!! Omg they answer their phone " plaza tire quick change experts" omg really??? if you got the time then go to plaza tire

Scheduled an alignment for 9am. I got there early and was advised that the worker did not get there till 9am.Car pulled in at 9:51 and finally pulled out at 12:04. Also car stunk due to body odor if one of the workers
