I took my car to Blackhawk Tire and Auto to have my brakes worked on. Not only were they honest with me and said there was no need to change my rotors or pads at this time, they didn t charge me a dime for their time looking at it! In a world of hate and unhappiness, i greatly appreciate these guys being honest with a woman that wouldn t have known any difference whether they needed repair or not. They were honest with me about my car and took the time to help me ASAP. They diagnosed my car, answered all my questions and were kind and helpful and prompt.I didnt get any service complete there this time, just diagnostics, but they repaired the weather strips on my car and I had no idea! Great service. Amazing people. Thanks Cameron and everyone!

Very reasonable prices with great service and acceptable service times. Overall good experience with the slight exception of the younger employee who was a bit rude and gruff when I asked a very simple question which could have been easily answered right there on the spot, but instead he rudely told me "ask inside," and pointed in the direction of the office. I asked how much a tire repair cost. The employee who handled my tire was very professional and courteous... answered ALL my questions with quick and precise answers. Got a patch job done for $20 in less than 10 minutes.

I took my car in this week because it had a flat. They fixed it really quickly. The next day I noticed the tire still wasn't holding air so I took it back in and they noticed another hole that they had missed the first time. They fixed it very quickly and didn't charge me. I was quite pleased with their customer service and will go back there for future service needs.

This is the only place I will take any of our vehicles. We ve been using them for almost 10 years. They are honest, fair, and don t just try to upsell. Regular people, excellent work, highly recommend

These people are great, very polite. They go out of their way to help. My car was misfiring and would hardly run at all. They fixed it, runs great now. Price was very fair. I am pleased I would not hesitate to bring my car here again.

Have used these folks 3 - 4 times. Excellent, quality work, done in a very timely manner. The most improtant factor to me is the fair pricing. They also always quote the estimated cost, before doing the repair. Have had break work, failed electric window repairs and would not hesitate to take any of my vehicles in for evaluation and repairs.

My daughter had new tires with 60,000 mile warranty installed Oct. 2020. A few months afterwards she noticed the front end shaking and called Blackhawk tire and informed them. She took the vehicle back for inspection. The mechanic took the vehicle for a test drive, told my daughter he didn t feel any shake in the front end. The mechanic didn t jack the front end up and inspect any front end components. Approximately 11 months later, shaking continued and my daughter noticed front tire wearing completely bald on inside edge of tire, the other front tire still had 3/4 tread, having 25,000 miles on these tires. She took vehicle back, Blackhawk tire jacked vehicle up and did a thorough inspection this time and found the wheel assembly ready to fall off due to the ball joint was completely worn out. The initial shaking 14 months ago of course was caused by the ball joint starting to wear out which in turn wore out the tire. If the mechanic would have jacked up the vehicle and taken the time to fully inspect the front end components to begin with, he would have found the worn ball joint, my daughter could have had the ball joint replaced saving the tire. Blackhawk tire won t stand behind their work, or should I say inefficient work that their mechanic did because the service manager says, that certain mechanic no longer is employed there and the service manager says he s not gonna take any responsibility for it because he wasn t working there when the mechanic installed the new tires.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSEService: General repairs & maintenance

A big shout out to Blackhawk Auto. Was heading home, a 5 hour drive, and thought I may have a wheel bearing going out on my truck. Called at 11:45 to ask if they could possibly look at it. They said bring in at 2:00. Got there at 1:30. They got it right in, found the part, replaced the bearing, and we were in our way before 3:00. Extremely professional. We hit something while pulling our camper, one of our vehicle tires was damaged. We were in and out of the tire shop within an hour. These guys are so friendly and professional. Highly recommend this tire and auto shop. They saved our camping weekend!Services: Tires, BatteryServices: Tires, Battery

These guys are great. Ive used them 3 times and every time ive been treated with respect and honesty. They could have made extra off me but instead I gpt a call saying it wasnt going to cost as much as I thought. I don't understand where the 2 bad reviews are comming from. They treat me great and I will continue to use them.

I have been using BH Auto about 4-5 years now. They do what I ask in a timely manner. Brake job recently. Significantly cheaper than what a Bentonville tire shop quoted. Thank you for not gouging your customers.

I would never take anything there, they are just liars. They can t latch a hood and when it flies up and shatters your windshield they ll point the blame onto you. My hood flew up the next day and they tried to say it happened 3 days later. Told me they were cutting my wiring harness to replace it, they bundled up a bunch of wires and zip tied them together and ran a new wire without putting it in the harness shield, didn t tack it to anything just left it hanging down under the truck. Don t get yourself screwed over, find another shop.

Took my car there, because it was misfiring and they kelp my car for over a week telling me it's done, and when I get there it's still misfiring. They broke two wires off my ignition coils wires and said they would replace them. 200$ dollars later I still have broken Ignition coil wires and my car was still misfiring. Horrible mechanic service, but the lady at the front desk very nice to my family. Never going back!

My wife had an alternator fail while traveling through Arkansas. BlackHawk came to the rescue and was able to get her back on the road in less than an hour! They took great care of her, and were awesome to work with.

Prompt, friendly service. I brought my truck in with an intermittent electrical problem, they diagnosed it, fixed it, and did all of that at an affordable price! I would highly recommend them for maintenance or service!

Great service and concern for my best interest! My check engine light had been on and problems checked before but not fixed. They looked for the problem and fixed it when my car was only in their shop for brakes! Great guys!
