My mother has been with you all for 2 plus years. We like that the units are gated but easy access for the customers who are purchasing them. The units are clean and I just purchased one myself this past month and have had no troubles. Thank you guys for your services.

I was able to easily rent this unit online which I love not having to go to a facility to handle my business. I was then personally called to handle the other side of the rental and was able to do everything via email or text message I love that!!!

After some research and a decision of which storage provider I was going to use, I went online and within 15 minutes I had the unit I wanted and a gate code. It was fast and easy

Just an absolute breeze! I had some hardships and they were more than willing to work with me and were just genuinely kind! I have used many other storage units with many other companies and none of them are as great as Your Extra Closet! Kay and Blake went above and beyond to help me out whenever I needed!!

Upon entering and leaving the property, the pin pad numbers got stuck. I thought I was gonna have to call 911 to get out!!! Also we pulled a 16' cargo trailer in there.. would've been nice to know how tight the bays were cause we caught heck trying to get it out!!!

ITheres no way to pull thru aisles with a trailer.I driver a full size ext. ab truck and I could barely turn into the aisles.
