In 2014 we purchased a Nissan Versa same year model and it has been superior and very mechanically sound. 2015 we purchased another Nissan Versa for my husband, same year model, it too has been superior and mechanically sound. Both cars now have 220,000+ miles and still running wonderfully. Highly Recommend Sunset.

Would highly recommend! Understand you are getting a pre-owned vehicle and do your research beforehand on what vehicle you're looking at, they helped me out and worked with me. Respectful, reasonable and very nice

we made the 2 hour trip from Memphis to see 1 car, found anohter we liked better. AT NO POINT was "Frank" dishonest with us. He told us before the drive (unlike many other sales ppl in the midsouth region) that the car was worth the drive and he was right. He did not lie to us about the interior or mechanics of the vehicle we were coming to see. We found them just as described and are very pleased with our purchase! He was also kind enough to tell us, when we spotted something "pretty" you do not want that car, I would not put my 17 yo daughter in it if she were about to go off yo college like yours is. So, he steered us away from potential mistakes and kept it honest and professional to put us in a good solid dependable car.

As long as eye-wide open understanding is maintained by the consumer he is a fair guy. Most vehicles have a rebuilt title. He allowed me to take it to my ASE cert. mechanic for a proper overlook and I feel like it was a super deal!

I bought this 3 years old car (30,000 miles) with a rebuilt title at a reasonable price. It runs great with an average of 38 miles per gallon (that is with the air and cruise on). I was in the market for a low mile vehicle because I drive more than a 1000 miles a month. The staff of the dealership were very friendly and answered all my questions to the best of their knowledge. I'll be back in a few years to trade this car in for another low mile vehicle. I've already recommended this dealership to several friends and family members. Thank you for make this transaction a smooth and positive experience for me.

Was in college and wife's car blew up. Went here as we had a family and was sold a white Kia van with perks. Didn't last 3 months until water pump went out. Ended up trading it in and got a brand new car for her which is what we should have done in the first place. Shady shady dealers

I just bought a car from here last week. They told me they had to fix the struts on it, so I had to wait an additional 5 days for them to get it fixed. Then I go up there a few hours before my bank closes and all they needed to do is send the updated bill of sale over to the bank so I can finish up the paperwork and they help another women before sending it so I have to return the next day to purchase the car. I have the car for two days and the whole brake assembly falls off on the drivers front side and causes me to get rear ended. Guy told me the car was in good working order and that s everything was fixed on it. Clearly they didn t put the car back together right.

Marvin was great. I found a Jeep Wrangler online. Called to see if it was.still available and it was. Marvin was so willing to take the time I might need to make a.decision. I will definitely send family and friends to him. Thanks Marvin.

My mom bought a car from SUNSET AUTO SALES in Paragould. Since she drove it off the lot it has been running hot. She has record from her insurance tracker on her car. I have called them and asked for there help. I have been hung up on every time. She is over 1,000 in repair and just found out the problem still isn t fixed. They told her the car was in good running order. She has the sticker from the window that says the same thing. I feel like she was taken advantage of. She sold them a car that was running perfect and they sold it for 2,000 more than they gave her for it. She only traded to get something safer for her grandchildren to ride in.

Bought a 2006 Honda Pilot from them. After driving off the lot and going to walmart the check engine light came on. We took it to Autozone to have the code read and it was misfiring in all cylinders. So I bought spark plugs to start working on it. Before we made it home the engine started overheating. We took it to a shop and both heads were cracked. They sold us a piece of junk and cleared the codes to make it look like a good vehicle. Make sure if you go here you take the vehicle to a reputable mechanic first before buying it.

Don't go to Sunset Auto Sales. Made a verbal deal with manager in his office, went to bank to get a cash, got back, guy told us someone else has almost there from MS and he wanted the car, so he was sorry, but he wasn't going to sell me the car - he was selling it to the other person. I had cash in hand there in his office in the amount we had agreed upon. Very shady dealings. Guess that guy was willing to pay more even though I had money in hand. Bad business.

I've been looking at mx5's for a couple years now,but just couldn't find the right one. I found a beautiful white 6speed at Sunset, with low miles and a clean title, for a great price. I bought the car cash, as is (no warranty) and drove it home with a giant smile on my face. I checked it out real well before purchasing, but later realised it had a couple minor quirks that needed to be addressed. (All used cars are going to have an issue or two) I called Irrfan about the problems, and he had me come up and he fixed them right away at no cost to me. These guys are really good people. I will definately be back, and would recommend them to anyone looking for an import, or project car. 5stars for customer service and standing behind their cars, which is hard to come by in the used car trade.A+++

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. SELLS DEATH TRAPS.My husband and I purchased a vehicle from Sunset Auto. My husband is in the Army and needed the vehicle to be safe and reliable for cross-country travel. He asked Mr. Khan, the sales associate, if the vehicle would be safe for him to drive to Georgia where he is currently stationed. Mr. Khan verbally reassured us that the vehicle was safe and reliable. My husband also mentioned he would be traveling to Washington state in the near future as he will soon be posted there. Again, Mr. Khan assured us that this was the vehicle for us. We test drove it a few times and everything seemed to be in working order. We were led to believe the vehicle was in excellent condition from Mr. Khan's remarks and the description on the buyer's guide: "Needless to say, this vehicle is a very nice SUV. Runs as good as it looks. Everything works great on the vehicle. The interior is in great condition. The wheels and tires look good also. It will come with a clean title." I was the one who picked it up from the lot with the intention of driving it to Georgia for my husband (his leave ended before we were able to get all the paperwork done). Less than twenty-four hours after I drove it off the lot, the check engine light came on. I drove it to Firestone in Jonesboro where they assessed it for around $3,800 in repairs. We called Mr. Khan and told him about the problem. He asked us to take the vehicle to "his mechanic" at Gateway Tire in Paragould. I took the vehicle there the next day and ended up waiting from 8 am to 2 pm for them to "fix" it. Mr. Khan offered to pay part of the cost of repairs (flushing the heater core) and I paid the diagnostic fee. The cost and repairs done by Gateway were far lesser than those recommended by Firestone. However, I left Gateway for Georgia with what I thought was a safe vehicle. On my drive, the heat went out almost an hour down the road. That was miserable. I stopped in Tupelo to get gas, and, when I turned the vehicle back on to leave, I put it in reverse, stepped on the gas, and nothing happened. It would not move. I put it back in park and restarted the vehicle. I continued to have the same problem but found if I pressed the gas hard enough, it would "lurch" into motion. Once I got it moving, everything was fine. I just couldn't bring the vehicle to a full stop without encountering the problem again. I dealt with that the rest of the way. I drove through ice in Birmingham and had some issues with the brakes, which I thought might just be the weather. But once I got to Georgia, the brakes went out all together and it became clear that the weather wasn't the problem. Also, I began having trouble with the transmission. I got stuck in an intersection. The vehicle would not move. It began putting itself in neutral without my touching the gearshift causing the tires to squeal and spin while the vehicle remained motionless. I was able to get the vehicle out of the intersection only after I restarted it a few times. I barely made it to my destination. We took the vehicle to Firestone on post where the mechanic said it was a miracle I had made it there alive. The brakes had dry rot and rust, and the entire brake system was completely busted. We called the dealer again, as he had told us to call if we had any problems. He texted my husband and said that he spoke with his mechanic and that "there was nothing out of ordinary" with the brakes. He then told us he was sorry but there was nothing he could do. The repairs for this vehicle will cost upwards of $1,200 not including labor or the transmission. The repairs have to be made before the vehicle can be driven again. It is currently unsafe and unable to be driven. We had to take out a loan through our bank for this vehicle and cannot afford to pay the repairs. The cost of repairs that it needs will almost exceed the amount we borrowed for the car. I'm a full-time graduate student and my husband is full-time Army; we are currently working to pay off student debt and cannot afford to accrue any more.

I almost did not buy from this place because another lot in Jonesboro was giving me a pretty good deal on my trade-in. But explained to their salesguy what they were offering and asked him if he could beat their offer. After much negotiating, we settled on a reasonable value for my trade-in and got them to lower the asking price by several hundred dollars. Overall, even though I felt that it should've been easier to negotiate my terms, I walked away satisfied with the deal.

Mother-in-law just bought a lemon from these guys. She still has sticker from the window that said 'In good working condition' it's been less than 2 months and she's already spent over $1000 on repairs and just found out the gaskets are bad. No way they didn't know that. My wife called because my mother-in-law had already been dismissed by them. They hung up on my wife when she started asking questions. They even told my mother-in-law that Arkansas doesn't have a Lemon Law so it's her own fault for buying the car.For your reply:She did tell you immediately, not months later. A sticker on a car saying that it runs good, implied that it would run good. No way all these issues magically happened right after she drove off the lot and you didn't know what you were selling.

Blatantly lied to me about work done on a vehicle. All of the cars there are salvage titles or rebuilt titles. The salesperson I talked to claimed they had to replace a door, which made them have to register the car as "rebuilt". That's not how rebuilt titles work. Ive heard nothing positive about this dealership.

Terrible phone skills. Made me feel like he didn't care if I bought a car from them or not. If you're going to work for my money the least you can do is sound interested in helping me. I won't be doing business with these folks.

Bought a car from this dealer. When we got it to Jonesboro, the transmission was shot. The dealer would not take it back. We contacted them the same day! Had to replace the transmission!

Whatever you do, check the Carfax history report. This dealer sells cars with "clean" titles but have been in total loss accidents making the cars impossible to sell and problematic for upkeep.

This dealer is a liar. They misrepresents themselves as FSBO in online ads. I talked to them about it, I was told it did not matter if he was lying, as long as he sold cars. So take from that what you will.
