Such a good atmosphere and amazing attitudes with the owner and his crew!!! I have no complaints and high praises even in the rain on top of it being 20 minutes away from them closing to go pull the part I was needing. I was helped and it was very difficult what I was needing so I will be there if I need something again!!

My family is very disgusted at the Marty guy that sold my fianc� a car and we were reassured that if anything went wrong with the vehicle within a week of having the car that he would take care of it pen try to get a different better workinng safe reliable vehicle. I will not ever recommend this business to anyone an I will Be making all of my friends and family know about this. You would think you would want to keep word to your new customers that way it wouldn t give u more customers an keep continuing a successful business.

Had gotten parts there before and axle work with no issue.However had them rebuild a transmission and shift cable broke right after I drove it off their lot. Then they never inspected internally and went in thier shop 3 more times for transmission issues ater that, total of 4 times. Then after having it for a few more weeks and taking it back again he said it was out of its 90 day warranty with his transmisson guy. Which I reminded them it's sat at their shop more than my house and he wouldn't honor his word. Doesn't honor work, takes shortcuts. Later, Had the transmission inspected and rebuilt in my hometown after that and clutches were all burnt up. Along with leaking out of multiple areas. Truck runs good now that i payed a 2nd time and took it to my hometown guy. Just pure negligence on Needams side!

Sorry excuse for a shop! Put an engine in for us and broke an AC line then said they couldn't find the leak which is a mile wide. Ray Charles could find this leak although they actually did find it because they covered the line in epoxy hoping we wouldn't see it. Stay away from this place at all costs there are far better shops in paragould like Chipmans to take your vehicle to get repaired correctly.

Paid them over a thousand dollars for a transmission and to have it put in. Has been in the car for 30 days today, have made several complaints about issues with the transmission only for it to be blamed on other things. Even blamed it on my brakes and took it upon themselves to take parts off of my brakes system and replace them with used parts off of a salvage vehicle on the premises, and then had the nerve to tell me that I owed them over a hundred more dollars for his used parts! Not to mention the fact that he also claims that my vehicle is locked in 4 wheel drive (which hasn't been used in a while) and that I need the transfer case replaced (which he offered to do for another $250 plus labor for a used one) and proceeds to pull my 4 wheel drive drive shaft and puts it in the back floor board of my car and refuses to put it back in!! Now that I am furious over what he has done he has the nerve to say that he doesn't need customers like me!!! Yeah that is a good and honorable Christian man for you! Not only did I get ripped off for over a thousand dollars for the transmission and labor costs I now have to pay to repair the damages done by him because he didn't want to honor the warranty and is now refusing to even fix the damage done in the last two days! Yep that's is the good honorable Christian man for you, I personally don't need that kind of Christianty!!!!

Bad business. They ripped my 19 year old off with a vehicle they had tampered with to the tune of $2,000 to fix all the electrical issues. Please spare yourself the heartache and go somewhere honest and dependable.
